While obtaining my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Management, I assisted in the renovation of homes post Hurricane Katrina. Since then, community beautification has become my personal priority. I am a board member of the Ocean View Business Association & extremely involved with developing the city of Norfolk. I continue to purchase, renovate, & sell my own properties as well as help other investors & home owners. Rorik just helped my wife and I through the whole process from helping find places, to making the arrangements to view places we already picked out. He was very responsive and did a mix of both in person and virtual tours of places to help us buy a wonderful home in the area. He also made great recommendations for people to help connect us with along the way which could help with insurance, handyman stuff, etc. And was very accomodating to us while we had to travel from SC to VA several times. Ultimately, I would absolutely recommend him as an agent and if i ever have need for an agent in the future, he will be the first I go to.
