Work with a local agent! They often know of properties that haven't hit the market yet, people who are willing to make a special deal, or incentives offered by the local builders!

Work with a local agent! We have buyers already searching in your market. Meet with the potential listing agent and ask them about their marketing plan. Make sure they are on time and professional- the way they treat you is they way they will market your home!

I have worked with first time home buyers, people relocating to the area, people purchasing or selling lakefront vacation homes, people purchasing land, and people purchasing new builds. I like working with nice people!
