First and foremost, my name is Sarah Wood. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in both Florida and Georgia. I moved to the Jacksonville, FL area in 1998 to attend the University of North Florida...SWOOP! After graduating with a Masters Degree in business, my husband and I decided to open our own video game business. Over the years we have opened and sold a few other businesses. The experience of buying, selling, renting, and choosing great locations for our stores, piqued my interest in the details of a real estate transaction. This is how I became a Realtor--hopefully your realtor!

I am extremely experienced in the purchasing and selling of properties, especially using VA financing. My husband, a Senior Chief in the United States Navy, and I currently own and manage several rental properties as well as own bi-coastal homes. We have been stationed in Kingsbay, GA and Bremerton, WA during his career. I know the stresses of "the Navy move" all too well. it is my goal to ensure your move is as stress free as possible.
