Review First time homebuyer HIGHLY RECCOMEND SARAH!! we went through another realator PRIOR and was almost impossible to get ahold of and would try to send us homes put of our price range worth none at all. Then we found Sarah was PHENOMENAL! She helped us with information we didn't know she didn't try to upsell she genuinely cares for her clients ! She spends her time searching for homes you can afford and goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for her clients. She's so sweet and will put you first. She always reaches out to her clients you won't have to wait for responses. Shes on it! Will be using her for future purchases and sales. She knows what she's doing and is GREAT at her job. Never met s realator like her. Would HIGHLY recommend Sarah for a realator will be telling family and friends to use her. My family is planning on using her for their next move she IS HIGHLY QUALIFIED for this job couldnt have asked for a better experience. She got us deals that were crazy good and fights for her clients she cares and she is all around an amazing person and realator.

Review If you are looking for a relator who genuinely cares about putting you and your family in the right home that you can afford, I HIGHLY recommend Sarah Bozue-Toso. As a newly divorced mother of two, I had no idea where to even begin or if it was possible for me to purchase my own home. I was very fortunate to have found Sarah. She explained everything to me from start to finish, helped me find a lender who worked with and guided me through the entire process, a good inspector and recommended a great attorney for the closing. When looking for the right home, Sarah helped me find only the ones that would work us and inspected them herself at every visit. Sarah would check every inch of every room and at one point, I even caught her pulling out the furnace filter and looking behind the water heater while in her high heels with a flashlight. She was so attentive my every question and need. When we found the perfect home for us, Sarah surprised us by decorating my girls "secret hideout" in their new house and they LOVED it. Never once during the process did I feel lost. I was in good hands with Sarah and truly felt like I couldnt have done this without her guidance. We have been in our home for almost a year and the house everything we couldve asked for. From time to time, Sarah calls or texts to check in on us, the house and sometimes I find little treats on our front porch for us. She took the time to show us multiple homes on such short notice and always was looking out for the best interest of us. Review Where do I begin. Sarah is AMAZING. I found her on Zillow. And I am so lucky. I am purchasing my first home. So of course I have tons of questions, and things I just could not research on my own. She met me when it convenient for me. Sarah walking through our first viewed property I was impressed. She has building/structural/appliance and area knowledge. She explains everything simply and honestly. She doesn't push you into anything you don't want to see or buy. I have seen her advocate for me and I was so impressed. She is honest and that means a lot to me. And she cares. She knows her stuff. So she is definitely someone I would call for my next property and have raved about her to family and friends. She will be my realtor forever! I purchased a beautiful home and I would not have done that without her.

Review We were randomly assigned Sarah as buyers, through Zillow, and we could not have chosen a better agent ourselves. She was always quick to respond to questions and requests. She would set up and attend showings for properties the same day. She made us feel like she was in this process with us. She would ask questions of the sellers' agents not just out of curiosity, but for our protection. She would not guess about answers or sugar-coat answers to sweeten a deal. If she did not know an answer, she would get back to us with one. Sarah was a huge asset to our buying experience. My advice to anyone who has the opportunity to work with Sarah: TAKE IT!

Review My wife and I worked with Sarah to help us sell a rental property in Joliet and had an amazing experience. I'm certain Sarah has had easier deals but despite all of the hurdles she always remained positive and helpful. For the first 2 months of the listing we had renters in the house and she took over coordinating showings with the tenants schedules (and they didn't make it easy). She offered advice and help with fixing up the property after the tenants left. She is very quick to respond to calls & texts and always has sound advice. I hope we don't move or sell again for a long time, but if we do, Sarah Toso is our agent. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy.

Review Sarah is amazing. Shes knowledgeable, patient and an absolute gem to work with. The seller installed a new dishwasher and it wasnt hooked up properly which caused it to leak all over the floor. Sarah and her husband came over to fix it. I would recommend her to anybody looking for a house in the area.

Review Sarah was on top of things every second of every day. As soon as we called her to help us sell our house and find a new one she was there immediately. Review Sarah made this whole process extremely easy. This was my first home purchase and I've heard some horror stories about other people's first time home purchase. Some people told me there realtors wouldn't answer calls or emails. She always contacted me back in a timely fashion and she answered all my questions (I was a nervous wreck and had A LOT of them) and put me at ease. She has a lot of knowledge not only of the area I was looking (Joliet) but also what to look for in a home when purchasing a fixer upper (which I was looking for.) Review Sarah was very responsive to our needs as a large family looking for a new home. We gave her quite a list of specific requirements needed for our unique situation... 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, finished basement with bedroom, bath and (wish list) kitchenette, Plainfield South High School, etc. She gave us great advice, showed us beautiful homes, and was very knowledgeable about the area, home values, and potential commercial developments that could impact our home. Although, ultimately we decided to build a new home, Sarah continues to check up on us and congratulated us on our new home. We highly recommend her!
