ZillowVERIFIED Sarah made the process of buying and selling very simple. We knew it would not be easy to sell one house, buy another and close on both the same day. Sarah made it happen. Sarahs knowledge and expertise made me relax knowing it would be taken care of. I asked a lot of questions and there were no questions left unanswered. Very detailed answers as well. Will use Sarah for our future real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I do not know where to begin. The experience I had with Sarah was fantastic! Home buying is stressful and she made it much smoother. She never made me feel as if I was bothering her with my 10,000 questions at all times of the day. She also always got back to me within a reasonable time. I was never left hangin when it came to her. If she didnt know an answer to my question, she always had a person to contact to make sure we all got it answered. She just ROCKED!

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah, Andrew, and the entire Renew Realty Group team are nothing short of miracle workers. When we first moved to our neighborhood we were a family of 4 which included two foster children. We had them for three years before they were placed back with their biological family. Our old house suddenly did not feel like a home anymore, and we wanted a fresh start so we placed the house for sale with Sarah and Andrew. We put the house on the market at a less than ideal time, so our hopes werent the highest. In the beginning, we did not have much traction and we started to get discouraged but Sarah and Andrew worked tirelessly to try to get us where we wanted to be. At this time we also had a new baby of our own and so the desire for a new family home and new beginning was at an all time high. Over the years we had built strong relationships in our neighborhood and community and wanted more than anything to stay there, but we knew the chances of that were slim to none and we were willing to let it go if we had to. We were ready to give up and started to realize we were going to be stuck in that house with our family with missing pieces. Sarah and Andrew were not only able to get our house sold in a difficult market, but also able to find us the perfect home still in our neighborhood that we love. The selling and buying process was seemingly non existent because they made it so smooth, quick, and easy on us. We are now exactly where we want to be in a home that we absolutely love. Let Renew Realty Group work for you, they can do amazing things!

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah did a great job arranging all the details needed to list my property, including all the work needed to determine the selling price, arrange a survey, photography, and all the other tasks needed. Since I live in Denmark, I was concerned that signing documents would be a problem, but everything could be done online making it very easy. Best of all my property sold to a price I was happy with and much quicker than I had expected.
