In the process of buying and selling homes over the years, I have not once had a good relationship / interactions with a real estate agent until now. Sarah was a referral from Laura in Charleston (thanks Laura!) as we originally thought the Charleston area was the place we would buy. After looking around, checking pricing, traffic, etc. we moved up the coast and met with Sarah who is the best realtor with whom you will ever work. Her patience and calmness are immense and, believe me, we tried her on both accounts but, surprisingly, she hung in there even after we walked away from some nicer and more expensive properties. She provided guidance and pointed out negatives and positives while constantly sending new information and communicating daily. I'm sure when she left us after viewing fifteen hundred million homes she regretted the day we met, but she maintained her enthusiasm, even coming to closing with a very nice gift. We should have been giving her the gift! During the negotiation process both parties were going back and forth, and she brought the contract together when it could have gone sideways. She is understanding and has business maturity/wisdom beyond her years. We highly recommend Sarah as your realtor in the Charleston/Grand Strand areas or just give her a call to better understand the market. We've bought many homes in many states over the years and working with her to purchase a residence or property may be the smartest thing you will do.
