Sarah was with us in every step of the way and made sure to take time to answer many of our questions, including questions about the buying process, what came next, and what paperwork we needed. When there were terms on the paperwork we didnt quite understand, Sarah took the time to explain what terms meant and how it impacted us. She made it easy for us to sign via DocuSign as well, which saved us a lot of time! When things got tough with the bank, she advocated for us and made sure the process moved along by providing clear communication between us and the banks. When it came to requesting things off the seller, Sarah was prompt in drafting up documents for our benefit. Sarah was very nice and great to work with and I recommend her to anyone whos stepping into the market for the first time! She really knows the market well!
