ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were looking for a house in Maine, closest to New Hampshire where we were living, and also having the home close to his commute in Kittery. We happened to meet Sarah one late summer day and we let her know our situation. We had no knowledge about the area we were looking in and had very limited info about Maine. Being that Sarah is from the area she took her free time to explain towns, taxes, hospitals, shopping, restaurants, etc. and also extended her knowledge in real estate, home structure, etc. We asked Sarah to be our realtor right away and we didn't regret it. All of our phone calls and texts were always promptly returned. Looking for a new house, never mind moving to a different state - can be stressful as it is. Sarah also provided us with a great inspector, as well as a mortgage lender that provided us with a fantastic mortgage rate. One last note....we found our house thereafter, but we had a short time line to move into it, and Sarah assured us that they could do it. Teaming up with the others we were able to move in on the target date. All and all the whole experience was half the stress that it could have been! We highly recommend Sarah O'Brien!

She saved us time and money and never once tried to talk us into any house at all. In fact, she pointed out a lot of things to consider and things she thought would be an issue. She was far more concerned with us getting exactly what we wanted in our price range to ensure we were happy. She also didn't try to up sell at all.Not only was Sarah awesome showing us houses, she was totally involved in the inspection process and most importantly she was absolutely dialed in on the negotiations. She knew exactly how to save us money and clearly explained where we should ask for a credit, a price reduction, and or concessions. She explained there were clear advantages and disadvantages of each. Sarah guided us through the whole negotiation process and pointed out many things I would never would have thought of which, in turn saved us money and made the whole process very smooth.Bottom line is Sarah made the whole process easy and actually fun! She really cares and looks out for your best interests. I seldom take the time to write recommendations but it was a pleasure to write this one. I will be recommending Sarah to all friends and family when buying or selling a house! If you are reading this, do yourself a favor and obtain Sarah as your agent. You will be glad you did!
