ZillowVERIFIED When I was getting my house ready for sale, I figured it would sit on the market for some time before anyone expressed interest, especially since when we bought it, the house had been sitting on the market for over a year. Much to our surprise, Sarah managed to find a buyer and wrap up the deal before it was even listed on the MLS. I'd say we'd got lucky, but I've seen enough reviews of her work on Zillow to know luck had very little to do with it. She is extremely connected in the local community, had excellent suggestions for getting it ready to sell, and went out of her way to make the process convenient for us.
