ZillowVERIFIED Sarah was originally the sellers agent on a vacant lot my wife and I purchased about 4 years ago. When we decided to sell the lot last year, we hired her. I was really impressed with her patience and communication through the course of half a dozen offers and 3 contracts. She understood the evolution of our motivations throughout the process, and did a wonderful job negotiating the offers up significantly closer to our asking price. We also used her recommended title company and surveyor with similar positive results. The listing had 20+ street and drone pictures with labeled property lines and a very accurate description of the property. My wife and I were very happy with Sarahs service and would absolutely work with her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah was amazing right from the beginning when I found her name and asked for her help. She was helpful in assisting us with all the huge tasks we had to accomplish in order to sell our house. She gave us expert advice about Florida laws and regulations concerning insurance, new roofs and numerous details we needed to accomplish in order to sell our house. She was always cheerful, helpful and precise in telling us what was needed. We felt very blessed to have met her and her team and very happy to be able to have a contract before we put the house on the market.

ZillowVERIFIED After 6 months of searching Sarah helped us find the perfect first home. With multiple contracts on the table, she sealed the deal for us within 24 hours of the property listing. She showed us what a true Real Estate professional is and was never defeated or discouraged, even while dealing with our very precise and picky expectations. We witnessed first hand that she truly is passionate about what she does and extremely knowledgeable. We will use her for any future Real Estate needs and will continue to recommend her to our family and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised about our options and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. She was honest and forthright- no games. After dealing with several other realtors in the past and being disappointed, we felt lucky to find Sarah and her team. Our purchase process was a slow one - nothing ever felt like aEUR~home. Sarah never once made us feel like a burden or pressured to make a choice that didnt feel right. We love Sarah and I cant thank her enough for being patient with us while we searched for our dream home.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah was picked for me by Zillow and I was quite impressed with how well everything went when using a realtor that I had not picked or vetted myself. Honestly, Sarahs patience with me and her attentiveness to my questions were excellent. I took my sweet time, about 6 months, and Sarah was always very patient and willing to help me find a house. Probably one of the best, if not the best, experiences with a realtor Ive ever had.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah Miller was amazing to work with very professional kind and resourceful. We initially started with another agent but was redirected to Sarah. From the beginning she listened to my husbands and my request and followed through in a timely response to our needs and concerns. She committed herself in every way even while we were on vacation. We bought 2 properties. We received 5 star treatment and we recommend Sarah Miller as a stellar real estate agent! With Magnolia Realty!

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah wasn't just a realtor she became a friend in a very stressful time. When we didn't know where to look or even what we were looking for she always seemed to pull us in the right direction. She listened to the few things that we were specifically interested in and made sure they were always present in the houses we looked at. She gave us knowledgeable input on houses that we bid on. She served as the best middle ground between us (the buyers) and the sellers which made me feel so comfortable about our purchase. She seemed to know what we needed before we even knew we needed it. Nobody does it better. Also she looked everywhere for our perfect house not just the obviously places. The effort she put in to meet us on weekends or late afternoons really showing her commitment to us. Sometimes she would even send us potential houses and manage to get us an appointment the view the house the same day. She deserves my highest recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah went above and beyond in helping us find a house while we were stuck in arizona trying to sell our home. She did video tours of the house and ride in. Found answers to all our questions and I think became a friend in the process. We can't recommend her highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah managed both the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home. She did a fantastic job juggling the details of both transactions and removing all roadblocks. She stayed in constant contact with us so we always knew how things were progressing and provided guidance and support. The sale of our home ended up being more difficult than expected, but with Sarahs persistence and hard work she managed to get them both closed. I have tremendous respect for her personally and for what she does. She is a true professional and you couldnt ask for a better realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyers we expected the process to be very difficult but with Sarah as our Realtor she made every step of the process easy. She explained everything in a way that we understood and helped us deal with the mortgage company. She stayed on top of things and kept us updated as things progressed. Sarah was truly a blessing to have on our side. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. It is very rare to find a professional who still cares about her clients, and you can genuinely see that with her. Thank you so much Sarah!
