ZillowVERIFIEDJames and I had a list of Colorado properties we found online when we contacted Sarah. Several of the other listing agents were helpful and friendly but in a day she had gone out of her way to make an interactive map with written directions to each property. It was a route that obviously took time, effort and knowledge of the area allowing us to view all of the lots in one afternoon. Sarah did this for us after one inquiry message and not having any idea if we were serious buyers. We found the perfect place for us and knew we wanted the benefit of Sarahs knowledge and experience to represent us. Buying a home can be an exhausting experience but having her behind us made this one smooth sailing. Any time any question or issue popped up in the process Sarah was immediately on it. If it wasnt for her I dont think we would have stumbled on this beautiful property. Thank you Sarah!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah is a calm port in the turbulence created in any real estate transaction. She works hard to understand your needs and searches hard to find a good fit. She puts in the time to satisfy your needs and works tirelessly to help you meet your goals. If you are looking for a no nonsense agent who is honest as she is tireless, look no further.

ZillowVERIFIED I reside all the way toward the WY border and so I needed someone skilled to help me breakdown the marketplace several hours south. Sarah took the time to do just that by letting me know which of my ideas made great sense and which were simply not good ideas for the market. We talked about the growth ahead of her marketplace, how she can help me, as an investor, accomplish my real estate investing goals, and how she can help me move my own collateral once I acquire things down that way. She's the real deal.....and she answers her phone!

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah was extremely helpful to me selling an undeveloped lot in Rancho LaGarita. She was knowledgeable of the local market, invested time and energy visiting and advertising the property, and gave me sound advice on pricing and local market conditions. I would *definitely* use Sarah again for a similar transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah has all of the qualities you are looking for in an agent. Smart, professional and has local knowledge that would be hard to find anywhere else. Our particular deal involved a somewhat difficult seller to which we were still able to close, while keeping my interests in mind. We also had some logistics to overcome and Sarah was always available to fit my scheduling needs. We would wholeheartedly recommend Sarah to anyone that has real estate needs of any kind in Southern Colorado.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah was fantastic to work with. She did a wonderful job answering all of our questions. She went well out of her way (i.e.,drove out to our property to double check a few issues, very responsive to our many questions) in order to make us feel confident about buying the land that suited us. We are so happy with our land purchase, and would work with Sarah again in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah is really great to work for. We appreciate all she was able to do for us when selling property. Since we came from out of town to set up the listing, she was very accommodating as to when we could make arrangements to be there.

ZillowVERIFIED We had two side-by-side 35 acre tracts on the market near Trinidad Colorado for several years. When listed with Sarah they both sold within a couple months of each other. I've never met Sarah, however, she clearly put herself out there to make these two contracts come to life. Thank you Sarah! Ray

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah is one of the best. My situation was unique since I lived out of state and was looking for some rural acreage. Sarah went out of her way to take video of some of the properties I was interested in. Throughout the entire process she was terrific and helped me find a perfect piece of land for my retirement years.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah was the Trinidad end of my good fortune to have found a home here in our wonderfully wild scenic western town. In spite of some challenges, she was able to help me wrangle the one I really wanted! I think Sarah's secret super power is her zeal for --and familiarity with-- the local topography, scenery, and historical significance of homes and lands along the eastern mountain range from Spanish Peaks to New Mexico. She always has a few nice historical gems--both commercial and residential--listed in town, but you might enjoy her knowledge of more remote mountain property as well. All this, and the friendliest pro I could have hoped for!

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah exceeded my expectations as my selling agent. As I did not have a lot of time to spare, Sarah was beyond expedient. I would most definitely recommend Sarah to others who might be selling, and I would certainly want Sarah to assist me in buying another property in Southern Colorado. I hope I find myself in that situation someday soon.

ZillowVERIFIED We were trying to negotiate the Trinidad real estate market from out of state, and Sarah was great to work with on so many different levels. She would constantly watch our price range and volunteer to shoot video walk throughs if we couldn't make it to town. After almost a year of looking we found a home and Sarah was right there with us doing whatever needed to be done. All in all, it was as positive as any stressful situation can be!

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah is a joy to work with. She showed us several houses in one day, and gives her honest opinion and was never pushy. Since we didn't buy a house in Trinidad, we can't comment on her negotiation skills, but I'm sure she would have been professional and ethical. We highly recommend working with her!

She was incredibly patient, taking the time to research houses that fit my budget and requirements plus scheduled showings and walking tours of the town, and is very knowledgable about the area, zoning laws, and loans that might work for me. ZillowVERIFIED Sarah has been a pleasure to work with. Her combination of get down to business professionalism, and off the chart friendliness and knowledge of the areas I was looking in, has made the process of trying to find a home very easy. Her expertise of the entire process is easily seen, and she is quick to come back with answers to any and every question I've had. She knows the areas we've seen very well, from recommending a good place for food and coffee, to describing the local climate and economy. She has found me a good amount of properties based on the criteria I originally gave her to work with, and will absolutely be the realtor that will sell me a place, when I stop being so picky and decide on one. I will be recommending her to anyone I know, or even complete strangers that ask about buying a property in Colorado.

ZillowVERIFIED I love working with Sarah. Not only is she knowledgeable about the area, she is also extremely personable and pleasant to work with. I enjoy her straightforward, helpful & honest communication, and would say it's clear that she gets a lot of joy out of helping her clients find their ideal house. I'm looking to purchase my first home, and despite living several hours away, Sarah always keeps me in the loop about new listings, scopes them out in person for me, and always shows me as many as possible when I'm in town. This whole process is so much less stressful with her at my side. Definitely would recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah is truly wonderful agent. Since we got in touch and scheduled the showings of many vacant land lots she stayed on top of all our requests, changes and updates. Our communication was excellent (emails, phone calls and SMS messages).Sarah did a lot of preparatory work with finding, scheduling and mapping properties to show.Once we found the property we liked, she provided all necessary documents (covenants, plat maps, property description and photos). She handled purchase price negotiation and compiling of closing documents). We had no problems with the entire process of buying property from finding helpful realtor, properties to see, price negotiation and closing process.I highly recommend Sarah to any property seeker!
