Have worked with Sarah on a few purchases and can say that you when you work with Sarah you can expect over the top communication and service and for her to work hard and to go above and beyond this particular transaction was very difficult and time consuming and risky if it had not been for Sarahs diligence on plumbing and foundation repair and negotiation with the seller prior to closing
