ZillowVERIFIED When I was searching for a home, I went through multiple different realtors before I found Sarah, who I instantly knew would actually care and help me understand everything I dont know about buying a house. She made the process super stress free (I have crazy anxiety). She helped me know what to do, when to do it, and how to do it, and anytime I had questions, she explained everything perfectly. Thank you Sarah for helping us get our starter home super easy and quick!

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah was incredible. My wife and I do not live in the area, we were selling a rental property. Sarah took over, helped alleviate the stresses we had working with a property manager, helped us hire the correct people to get the house ready to be on the market and got it sold on record time. Sarah always picked up on the first ring and was quick to text back. If Zillow had 10 stars, shed have all 10!

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah was most knowledgeable about the housing market in my city. She was organized, prepared, approachable with my questions and extremely responsive by text. I felt a part of the process even though I moved out of state before the sale was completed. She came to me highly recommended and more than met my expectations. If only the movers could have been a quarter as good my move would have been a dream.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah (and her associate Rebecca) did a wonderful job helping my wife and I find our new home. From day one, she went right to work and found several excellent possibilities. We went to several homes before eventually finding one that fit our needs. Throughout the whole process, she was always available to answer our questions and let us know what to expect. And once we found our home-to-be, she helped us negotiate the price. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Prattville, Millbrook, or Montgomery area.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Sarah to both buy and sell our home in the Millbrook area and she was outstanding both times! While we were looking to buy, she was great at finding houses that fit our needs and accompanying us to view them. Very knowledgeable about the area and realty in general. During both buying and selling, she made every step of the process a breeze and answered every one of our questions quickly and accurately. All in all, I could not think of one thing she could have done better! I would highly recommend to anyone in this area buying or selling.

She had excellent recommendations for who to use for each part of the process and we couldn't have asked for things to go smoother. From initially meeting with her to search for house until closing was less than 4 weeks.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah is fantastic to work with! She met with us on a Saturday at her office before we were even approved for a loan to explain to us exactly how the process works step by step. My biggest thing is accessibility. I never had to wait on a response with phone calls, texts or emails. She always got back to me right away and answered the phone. Being a first time buyer she answered lots of questions for me throughout the process. We found a house we loved on the first one we saw, but she wanted us to be sure so she showed us all the houses we were interested in just in case, instead of pushing us to take the first one. Our loan process was a bit turbulent, but she was always patient with us and kept things good with the seller. Sarah is great, and I recommend anyone work with her!

ZillowVERIFIED Choosing Sarah Little as my realtor was the best decision I could have made during my exhausting search for the perfect place to live. She searched for us for over a year before we even made one offer. Reachable by call text or email makes it feel like she's working for only you. Her professionalism, knowledge of the local market area, ability to multitask, and her relentless persistence eventually helped us purchase our dream home. She also had our previous home rented within 2 days. If you choose Sarah Little as your realtor just sit back and let her work magic. She makes the entire process as stress free as possible and for all those reasons I will definitely choose her again if we ever need the services of a realtor.

Sarah has mortgage people to use with in her road map and home inspectors and house insurance people as well. All in all everything was a breeze.

ZillowVERIFIED We were referred to Sarah by our Keller Williams realtor who recently sold one of our homes in California. He was very keen in interviewing and finding someone in Alabama who would be on par with the excellence we were accustomed to. Since we live in California and own this rental property in Alabama, it can be a challenge selling a home from a distance. Sarah has been working with us since we began to prepare the home for sell (including waiting patiently as we worked through tenant issues and getting the home ready for market). Her presence there gave me a sense of comfort that helped in navigating the process and being my sole source of contact for managing the myriad of things that had to be done. We are actively listed with her now, and are looking forward to a continuing positive experience as we move forward in selling our property. Sarah has completely proven her capabilities, and her responsiveness is beyond impressive! I have come to rely on her judgment without question, and have every confidence that she does the right thing for her clients at every turn. I can wholeheartedly recommend Sarah as a trusted realtor. I live 3,000 miles away, and she has made the experience more than manageable for me. She has alleviated much of the stress associated with a long-distance transaction. I know we are in great hands!

ZillowVERIFIED Very professional but down to earth, knowledgeable and quick to respond, available any time there was a question or concern, helped look for any possible issues with the house(s) we looked at that we may have missed. Wasn't pushy just to make a quick sale and seemed genuinely interested in our wants and needs in a home.

ZillowVERIFIED The greatest part of the experience and what I believe sets Sarah apart from other realtors is the access she allowed me and my wife. I saw an ad that was placed on facebook and that was the way we contacted her from that point forward. If we had any questions I would send a message and she would get back to me within minutes. It made the whole process so much easier. She was always on task and making sure that every part of the process was moving as quickly as possible.

I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone wanting to sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED My home buying experience with Sarah Little was very positive. Mrs. Little took the time to understand my needs so as not to waste my time with houses I wasn't interested in. Each week I received an e-mail with a selection of homes available in my location within my price range. As my housing desires changed, Mrs. Little was very responsive, making herself available by text, phone, e-mail, or in person. And when I was ready to view a house, Mrs. Little was able to work with my schedule. I enjoyed working with Sarah Little because she is very personable, she kept me informed and on track, and she was committed to finding me a home and guiding me through the entire process. I would consider Sarah Little for all future home-buying experiences.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah was quick to respond to my request of looking at homes. Anytime I wanted to look at one she made sure she was available when I was ready. She also helped tremendously by sending emails of homes that meet the criteria of what I wanted in a house. Any time I had a question she had a good answer for and if she was uncertain she made sure I was referred to the right person.

She is very thorough with everything that she does. She uses every tool imaginable in order to help you sell/buy a home. I have referred numerous people to Sarah and I will continue to refer people to her. It is very hard to find someone that loves what she does as much as she care's for the people she works with and for on a daily basis. Whenever my husband and I decide to sell our home (hopefully it will be a while) I will definitely be calling Sarah Little.
