I originally picked her as one of 3 people I wanted to interview because she had sold a home that was similar to what my family was selling--something older in need of upgrades that we were not going to make. Sarah researched true comparables and recommended a fair listing price. Before the home was publicly listed, Sarah had discovered two potential buyers through another agent in her office and scheduled an informal showing. We had a full-price offer before the public listing for our "as is" property. We were absent from the home much of the time prior to the closing date; Sarah went above and beyond what I have experienced in other realtors by coordinating inspections, walk-throughs, etc. in our absence. ZillowVERIFIED The processes for both selling and buying a house can be stressful with lots of roadblocks and pitfalls. Sarah has been an amazing guide for both processes. She has been an amazing navigator through this current crazy sellers market and the buying process . I also unexpectedly became responsible for selling a house. Sarah made the selling process easy. She designed a web description of the house that was so good it brought in bids even before the 1-day OH. The way she conducted the OH was the way OHs should be done during the pandemic. All buyers had to schedule time instead of just having a free for all. At the close of the OH she had multiple bids . It was her negotiating skill that help keep the asking price when the buyers wanted a lower price. Sarah is not the stereotypical real-estate rep. She doesnt push she definitely listens and guides.

We found a house we liked on Zillow and put in a request to see it and Sarah responded. We had a lot of texts and calls back and forth and Sarah was very communicative and informative.
