ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Sarah twice now. She listened to our needs and wants, and made them happen. Our 2nd time working with her, our house took a while to sell despite it showing 3-6 times per week. During that period, we were in constant contact and never felt out of the loop despite being out of state for the process. She is extremely knowledgeable and personable. We would never use anyone else. Thank you Sarah!

ZillowVERIFIED We used Sarah as our realtor for buying our house and would highly recommend her. She was very knowledgeable in the area, type of house we wanted, and putting in a reasonable offer. She provided advice but gave us space to make our own decision. During the inspection process, she negotiated with seller more items to get fixed then we expected which we appreciated. Since we were new to the area, it was it was extremely helpful that she recommended different business to use that were needed in the process. She was quick to answer any questions we had and checked in with us after we bought the house. Again, we highly recommend Sarah and would use her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah is the best realtor we've ever used. She and her team are very prompt, helpful, and knowledgeable. But even more, she is persistent and creative in figuring out how to close deals or work through issues in ways that I would never have thought of. I hope to never move again, but if I do, she will be helping me.

ZillowVERIFIED We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Sarah. It was our first-time selling a house with little knowledge. We used another realtor before Sarah, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest and hands-on and she really helped to take the pressure off of us.

ZillowVERIFIED Going above and beyond is Sarah's superpower! When we were considering selling our home, she was the first person we thought of because we knew we would be in good hands. Our home sold in a week and not a penny was left on the table. She helped us find a new home at the same time, with everything our family needed, within our budget - and in the location that we wanted. She minimized the stress of buying and selling like a BOSS!

ZillowVERIFIED We initially thought we wanted to buy an investment property in Tennessee. The scope of our needs changed and we decided to relocate from our home in Hawaii to move closer to our son and family. Sarah assisted them with their home purchase three years ago so I knew that we were in good hands. Buying a property and being 4,500 miles away is no easy feat. Being in the real estate and mortgage loan business, we had high expectations. Sarah didn't skip a beat and pivoted with us dealing with our time difference, etc. I like to think of her as a match maker. She knew what we wanted and matched us up with a home that exceeded our expectations. The transaction went like clockwork thanks to the team of professionals that Sarah works with which were all top notch. We were able to close escrow early! We will refer Sarah to anyone that we know who is looking to buy real estate here. She knows her stuff and will get the job done!

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah was super helpful to us during a major life change when we needed to sell two properties and move across the country. Sarah was attentive, knowledgeable, easy to work with, responsive to all of our questions and listened to our concerns. It was a very stressful time coordinating many moving parts, and people while trying to sell two properties, Sarah helped make the process run smoothly and lifted so much weight off of my shoulders during this time. I would absolutely recommend Sarah for your real estate needs, whether buying or selling she's definitely top notch in the Chattanooga area.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah took such good care helping my daughter and son-in-law relocate and subsequently find their first house that asking her to assist me just felt right from the very beginning. Little did I know that Sarah and her extraordinary team (Teresa, Katie, Asher, Jeff at SafeTech Property Inspection, Bethany at Bridge City Title) would make the ENTIRE experience of REMOTELY buying a new house incredibly smooth and painless. On top of that, it actually was Sarah who recommended the realtor I used in northern Illinois (Anna Klarck at [email protected]) who held my hand and sold my house there for more than my asking price! Make no mistake about itaEUR|If you are EVER in need of a realtor who truly takes care of their client's needs from beginning to end, Sarah Ketterer and her entire team are hands down the best of the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah was absolutely amazing to work with. This is probably the craziest time to purchase a house and she was on top of it! Not only was Sarah knowledgeable and professional but we ran into multiple road bumps (sometimes felt more like mountains) along the way. Sarah fought for us every step of the way. She was well connected and had great professional relationships as well which helped many times. She was so patient and compassionate when we were stressed! She even helped us find our dream home in an area that was perfect for us that without her knowledge we wouldn't have really known about or considered. She responded quickly to our many messages and also has an amazing team that really helps with all the details of moving! Hopefully we'll never move again but if we do we'll always use Sarah!

She is very in touch with the current market, and that saved us time, effort and let us be more strategic in our approach to finding a place. She was consistently helpful with our questions and patient with us throughout the process, and continued to guide us even when our own gameplan switched.
