ZillowVERIFIED Ended up with Sarah after requesting to view a home view zillow and was very happy with the entire process. The first house she showed me, I was impressed at her turning on her flashlight in the basement and pointing out signs of foundation damage. She seemed very knowledgeable about what was normal wear and tear and what could indicate more serious issues and would always draw my attention to potential problems. I was also pleased with her responsiveness, and her ability to find information was flat out impressive. We were trying to track down a small contractor who had worked on the house were buying, and she had his info within minutes. Overall Sarah is a really lovely and knowledgeable person, and I'd recommend her to anyone else looking to buy a house.

She was super responsive at all times of the day (sorry!) and kept us on track all the way to the finish line. We were buying a house in Alabama but lived in Albuquerque so we never had the chance to tour homes in person. Sarah made sure to visit homes on our behalf and would then FaceTime with us to walk through the homes. She also met up with my parents at several homes and gave them tours so my parents could give us their feedback on the homes. I?ve bought five houses in the past and can say Sarah was truly excellent! I would highly recommend her! I never felt like she was ?selling us?, she was always helping us. Additionally, I intentionally chose a real estate agent I did NOT have a pre-existing friendship with, or family ties, so that I could easily let them go if they were not excellent. When we came across 6208 Russet Landing Circle, I told her that I wanted it and we started the paper work that day. Good thing too because there were 9 bids submitted for that house in a matter of day, and we won it! After we won the bidding war, Sarah was excellent about keeping me updated and the entire process went smoother and faster than I would have ever imagined. Saw the home on the 10th of February and sent the contract, closed on the 8th of March and moved in on the 10th of March. Sarah is amazing!
