ZillowVERIFIED Sarah was recommended by a family member in the realty business. She was honest, straight forward and extremely knowledgeable. My wife and I were first time home buyers and Sarah made the process as painless as possible. I gave her four stars for local knowledge only for the fact that we were looking outside of her normal area. In spite of that, she took the time to show and go through with a home that was an hour away from her office. She was instrumental in us getting the home we wanted given the current housing market and multiple offers. Would 100% work with Sarah again.

I had a condo to sell and while it would not result in a substantial commission, Mrs. Holpuch kept me informed every step of the way. She was excellent in her communication and is very knowledgeable in the field. She helped me consider every angle when negotiating with the buyer. At no time in the process did I feel like an afterthought, but I felt very valued as a client. ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I began searching for our first home in September after relocating to the Akron/Cleveland area. Sarah was a huge help from the beginning, helping us to narrow down locations for our home search, She was very honest with us in what our budget could buy, which gave us realistic expectations. We didn't find our new home until the following May, and through months of searching she always stayed positive and genuinely made us feel like we were her priority. She would send us suggested homes to help keep our search moving forward. We made an offer on 6 homes, 5 of which fell through for various reasons (bad inspections, short sales, etc) before we were able to close on our dream home. She stayed patient and positive with us through each offer. We hope to be in our home for many years to come, but if for any reason we had to go through the purchase of a new home again we would definitely work with Sarah to assist in our search.

We had to re-list the house and were able to sell it in a reasonable amount of time. The price we received was very fair. ZillowVERIFIED Nate Golem and Sarah Holpuch of Remax in Solon were outstanding. They really took my best interest mind. They helped me most in finding a great home in the area I wanted most. They didn't try to get me to settle for a home I didn't want, or up sell me on something i didn't need, just to make a better sale. Both were instrumental in conducting a very successful negotiation.
