I am a new home buyer and she was very helpful with helping me get appointments to see places and getting me through the closing process once I found the place I wanted. It was a frustrating experience since the seller was being difficult, but Sarah got what needed to get done for me to get this place and move in as planned. Overall she was pretty responsive, but there were a few times where I tried to get ahold of Sarah to ask a question and didn't get an answer until a few hours later. I get that she is busy with other customers as well, but that is why I gave 4 stars for Responsiveness.

ZillowVERIFIED If you're looking for an agent... to buy or sell a house, LOOK NO FURTHER! Contact Sarah Green! Sarah went above and beyond on my search to find the perfect place for me! I had been looking in a different area for a couple of months until I figured out I needed to be somewhere else. She was willing to drive an hour away, in a timely fashion, to help me find my home. It didnt take long! I was also looking online myself some nights when I got home. Since I had seen some homes and I knew the market and what homes were going for, I had a little bit of knowledge. Sarah gave me the freedom to participate in looking. She accepted my list of homes to see with no questions (dont get me wrong, she worked hard to find homes for me to look at as well. She worked endlessly and was available all the time. When I needed her, she picked up the phone!). I found my home online. I called Sarah, I believe it was 8 or 9 p.m. one night. The home had been on the market for 2 hours that night and I knew if we didnt do something right away, it would be gone! She picked up the phone and we put in an offer pending seeing the home the next morning! I am now in my new home going on 6 weeks and loving it here! Also, she was with me every step of the way through the inspection; actually, the entire process. She also knew contractors to come out and offer opinions! This lady made it so easy! And she earned every penny! I am very grateful to have found her! She made the entire process less stressful as well, because we all know that buying or selling a home can be stress inducing. I wouldnt change anything! I got lucky! And Im willing to share that with you!! I dont normally write reviews, but in this case, I needed to give her the shout out she deserves!! Ty Sarah!! :)

ZillowVERIFIED We recently worked (spring 2020) with Sarah Green(The Brokerage Real Estate Enthusiasts) to sell our home. To say that she is ultra professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, responsive, friendly, energetic...does NOT completely do justice to represent just how terrific she is as a realtor/broker and as a person. We are fairly fussy and particular about our home, having built it and completed the custom work on the inside and outside to create what we believe was a very high quality and aesthetically appealing home. The decision to sell was not easy or quick. This is where Sarah came in to support throughout the entire process of prepping, recognizing the quality and our connection to our home. She guided us through identifying a reasonable/justifiable sale price, that we were ultimately very comfortable with and confident in. Sarah took time to walk through the house and very professionally pointed out things that "should" be updated or fixed and some things that would be nice to update or fix. She wanted to help ensure that potential buyers would not be deterred by something small. For a few items that needed repaired outside of our expertise Sarah has connections I swear to "everyone" and quickly connected us to an expert. Also...her advice to "de-clutter" SUPER! Sarah provided so much expert advice and such a high level of competence. We can't say enough about how pleased we were throughout the entire process. Though she is SUPER busy and has an unbelievable number of listings, she treats each as if it's her only one. Very responsive when questions arise, also providing updates regularly. Another very high value trait of Sarah Green is INTEGRITY. Every profession has their "less thans" and supposed experts who will do or say anything to get to a goal. Sarah is built from the ground up with the highest level of integrity. She never went in the direction of compromising her or our integrity for the goal of a sale. She was very focused on working with us to sell our high quality home at a reasonable but respectable price and always walked on the "Right side of Right." We are about to walk away from a HOME that we LOVE, but excited about our future. Also, she is a LEADER with infectious GREAT traits that I know are absorbed by all of her TEAM! I suspect that you will get the same service from anyone of her Team members. As a final note, we are excited about our new path forward, but we are also very excited for the BUYERS of our home and confident they will find great joy and satisfaction in the home that they just purchased. She worked hard, showing us dozens of homes and never pushing houses on us that were out of our price range. She quickly picked up on what we were looking for and had very strong suggestions of houses to walk through. She lives in, grew up in, and knows the Flint/Grand Blanc/Burton/Davison/Goodrich area and provided informed data on neighborhood and school quality. She is also very responsive in communications via phone, text or email, and not just during regular business hours. She even helped us close while she was out of state on vacation. Sarah is also the perfect amount of aggressive; not pushy with us but will get things done for her clients via any means. Not sure how far her area extends, but I would recommend her for just about anywhere in the state of Michigan. I give her an A+!
