ZillowVERIFIED Justin and Sarah did a great job when it came to selling our home. They listened to me as I walked them through our home, telling them all of the upgrades I'd made as the house was being built and the purpose of doing so. When I built the home, I built it in mind knowing it wasn't going to be our forever home so I personally added features into the home as the process was going that weren't available by the builder. I told them the asking price I wanted and, although they weren't quite sure it should be listed quite that high, they respected me and listed at that price. It was shown once and was sold for full price. Sometimes it's hard to find someone to listen to you and to accept that you do know your own "product" so to speak. Sarah and Justin did just that. I highly recommend them.

Justin and Sarah were informative, willing to help, and made themselves available. This difficult transaction wouldnt have gone through in less capable hands.
