I knew this was going to be a difficult home to sale and needed someone with a lot of experience to sale this home. Sabrina & Sarah were the right ones for the job. Being a Real Estate Appraiser for the past 35 years I have worked with many different agents. I will say Sabrina & Sarah up with the top 3 I have ever worked with. They were always very professional. ZillowVERIFIED We listed our Keys house with Sarah and Sabrina thinking the house could take 24-36 months to sell. The reason, it was an expensive house on a prime waterfront lot on Plantation Key. When we bought the house in December 2013 - it was on the market for better than 2 years. When hurricane Ivan hit in September 2018 and the house was already on the market for 9 months we figured it would take a very long time to sell. Much to our surpirse the house sold in 13 months becuse of the direct efforts of Sarah and Sabrina.

We ended up making 4 different trips to Key Largo and negotiating on three different units before we were able to close a deal.
