I had a lot of specifics including the need to sell before buying. Due to the quick turn-around of available properties, it wasn't a good time for me to buy with contingency. Therefore, I made the decision to sell, rent for a time, and wait it out for my specifics to become available. From the time I made my decision to list with Sarah, she attended to every detail from finding the right wording to describe my home of 17 years, hiring the right young man to do the pictures (they were amazing), and to follow a successful plan of listing, realtor notification, then going live with my listing. Sarah sent me listings on Zillow for me to review in May while I was in AZ but the housing market was moving very quickly. I flew to SD for a long weekend and Sarah went the extra mile in showing homes for 2 days. Her advice and housing knowledge helped me eliminate a few homes that had potential issues. Zillow had new homes in the listings that were under construction. She contacted the builder of some new homes I really liked to see if we could view a model. Since there were no completed homes to view, the builder arranged for us to see a home that recently closed escrow. We lost three houses along the way. including the one we now call home, for a moment- our offer was turned down in favor of another, which in turn fell through, finally ending our hunt. Throughout it all, Sarah was helpful, reassuring, and confident.
