ZillowVERIFIED I cant give 5 stars in every category because unicorns dont exist, but Sarah comes close! Ms. Dutra assisted me in filling a rental vacancy in my two-family house. She quickly understood my screening criteria and applied it with the full understanding that my criteria must be subordinate to all of the applicable laws of the Commonwealth. Knowing this, she quickly provided a list of several possible tenants, all of which were excellent candidates. The most difficult part was choosing a tenant from her final list of highly qualified candidates ; The one I settled on is working out brilliantly. I have already referred her to several friends and she will be the first person I call when the apartment is vacant again.
