I knew if my sister-in-law liked Sarah then the chances were high that we would as well. And we did! She was friendly and personable right off the bat. Sarah put my anxieties about selling my investment property at ease. She listed it stipulating specific showing times and a time to review offers. Through her internet and mail marketing she brought 19 qualified prospects through, there were 7 written offers and a bidding war. Within days of showing the property and only a week and a half on the market I accepted an offer $32,000 over asking price! Sarah made it easy and answered all my questions as they came up. Her marketing and showing plan is so efficient - I especially liked that I didnt need to keep asking the tenants if we could come in all hours & all days of the week.
