At the end of the day, as the seller you want to feel as if your agent has your best interest in mind. I wholeheartedly never felt like that with Ms. Richards. She had an agenda that I went with because she's the professional and I respected her craft. The thing about respect is that it must go both ways, but when you come in with a premeditated thought process, you're showing where your priorities lye and it wasn't with me. Possibly the worst communicator I've dealt with in years. With nearly two hundred grand in equity on the line, I can't imagine why that wouldn't be paramount. Long story short in my opinion she allowed a buyer to walk and failed to inform me that he didn't accept my counter offer. So in essence, she blew up the whole deal for a used $2500 item that didn't convey. If she would have told me the buyer wouldn't budge i could have possibly re-negotiated and gone from there. Instead she did nothing but allow nearly four days to go by until I asked her for a status. We deserve better. We deserve open communication with actual dialog in lamens terms. We deserve to feel that though it may not be a multi million dollar home, it's still our home and should be treated like any other. I wouldn't recommend her to my ex wife and we can't stand each other. That should tell you something.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Their services did not meet expectations, and the constant unsolicited marketing materials are intrusive and unwelcome. Despite having no interest in their offerings, I continue to receive junk mail, which reflects poorly on their customer respect and data practices. I strongly urge the company to remove my information from all mailing lists immediately and to respect consumer preferences moving forward.
