ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a wonderful experience working with Sarah during our move from Chicago to Huntersville. Relocating to a new state can feel overwhelming, but Sarah made the process so much easier. We spent one weekend with her, and she did an amazing job maximizing our time. She showed us so many homes while also sharing her expertise and knowledge of the area. She was professional, incredibly responsive, and always quick to answer our questions. Sarah also went above and beyond throughout the process, helping us get quotes for potential repairs and connecting us with trusted local vendors. Her guidance was invaluable, especially since we were navigating everything from out of state. Were so grateful for Sarahs help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in North Carolina!
ZillowVERIFIEDSarah was always there when I needed anything. She helped me to see things that were important and ignore things that really didn't matter. This is the first time I have ever used a realtor and I found the whole process easy with her help. Great lady, great job!
ZillowVERIFIEDAs a recent buyer, I found Sarah to be a fantastic Realtor, very patient, knowledgeable of the area, and a pleasure to work with. Will most definitely use her services again for our real estate needs!.......................................................................................................................
ZillowVERIFIEDSarah did an awesome job for us from start to finish. She showed us houses and worked with the owners to help us get the place we are in now. She is an outstanding person to work with. We will work with her again if the need arises and will recommend her to all we know that are in the market.
ZillowVERIFIEDSara was always very attentive and aware of what kind of property we were looking for. She presented us with several options until we found the house we purchased. She followed through the entire complicated process of purchasing a house making our part easy and pleasant. She is a pleasant and hard working lady with a great, pleasant personality.
ZillowVERIFIEDSarah Davis did an excellent job for us as our buyer's agent. We looked at probably 10 homes over a 2 month period. She knows the Mooresville area very well. She was there for us every step of the process during negotiations and closing. I highly recommend her!
