We have been buying and selling investment real estate for the last twenty years. I typically do my own research and rely on agents to write our contracts. For our HHI villa we were pursuing a 2nd home away from our primary location, thus very different from our typical product. We chose to engage a local agent who knew the area and understood our desire for a 2nd home vs investment RE. Sarah was the perfect choice for us ! She's extremely knowledgeable of the local market and yet still listens to client feedback on personal choices and strategy. With her assistance we found a place in just a few days and were able to close quickly. Due to some scheduling conflicts Sara even coordinated all inspections and repairs. Whether a first time buyer or a seasoned veteran we would highly recommend Sarah to all. She's a gem !

Sarah is a wonderful real estate agent. She answered all my questions and helped me navigate the process of buying a home as I hadn't done this in many years. Cleaned the house out before I closed as the seller had left a lot of trash behind. The house was spotless. Sarah was at the attorney's office to help me close. Sarah Christofek is a wonderful real estate agent. When I met with her, she displayed excitement and enthusiasm. She is knowledge in her field as she grew up in Beaufort. Sarah is also a fabulous resource person as she is familiar with contractors, painters etc in the Beaufort area. Wonderful in making sure I understood all the documents that needed to be signed. She worked late into the night before closing as during the walk thru we discovered the house was full of trash, filthy and require a great deal of attention. Sarah took care of all of this and when I walked into the house after closing, it was spotless and smelled wonderful. She also initiated a locksmith so all the locks were changed prior to me move. Finally after close Sarah gave me a beautiful wreath for my new front door. One in a million real estate agents!
