ZillowVERIFIEDSarah and the Verbode team do a great job of explaining the potential benefits and downfalls of the client's options in each scenario during the home selling process. Sarah openly shares her opinions while respecting and leaving the final decisions up to the client. I've bought and sold homes with and without Sarah and the Verbode team, and I won't do it again without Sarah helping through the process.

ZillowVERIFIED After having used Sarahs services a few years ago to sell a home there was no question we would seek her help in our recent house hunt. As always, she and the entire team at Verbode were the perfect partners to help us navigate a VERY competitive housing market. They sprang into action immediately and made sure we saw every house we needed to see. Once we found The One they got the offer in quickly and remained by our side throughout the contract and inspection phases. Their thoroughness and precision ensured we knew every detail about our future home and guaranteed a smooth process all the way up through closing. We cannot recommend Sarah, Karla, Kristen and the entire Verbode team highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah and Kristen were an absolute joy to work with! Sarah laid out a timeline and goals before listing my home that helped make the process of selling go so much smoother. They were professional, organized, on top of communication, and amazing in every way. I will be using their expertise again! If you want a realtor that ensures the best outcome, I highly recommend Verbode and their team.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah listed my property and within 10 days I had multiple offers. She gave me essential advice on the market, staging and how to manage multiple offers. I couldn't be happier with the outcome! Her service and communication through the process was exceptional, considering I live abroad and we managed this all with a 13 hr time difference. I wouldn't hesitate to use Sarah again and would highly recommend working with her and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked mostly with Kristen - who works on Sarah's team. Everything in their control was very smooth, and they were quick to answer questions. They even got after our lender when they were dragging their feet on a few items that delayed closing by a few hours. We will definitely use Kristen/Sarah again.Only weird thing was that we purchased one of her listings. Sarah and Kristen represented both sides of the transaction, so they were uninvolved in the negotiation...certainly not their fault. Just can't rate them on it. :)

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah Bytyqi at Verbode and her entire team did a great job helping us sell our condo in downtown Oklahoma City. We live outside of town in another state and they organized the cleaning, staging and listing. I worked closely with Kristen Thurman and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. I highly recommend them for your real estate buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED In a sea of Realtors, Sarah is a superstar. Her instincts and intelligence are superb, and the team of professionals that help her market a home are wonderful and efficient. We had a very challenging home to sell, in a market that was and is tough. Sarah helped us get it sold, and was great throughout the process. Yes, I am obviously a fan, and no I do not work for her. I can not recommend Sarah more highly.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I interviewed numerous real estate agents before hiring Sarah to sell our home. She had the best understanding of the new communication technology / social media and fast changing market, she was the most prepared to sell our home quickly and at the right price. From the very first moment we talked to Sarah, we knew we had made the right choice. She helped us so much throughout the sales process, prepping the house for the pictures, video, discussing price options and everything else. Working with her far exceeded our expectations. Sarah is professional, friendly, very honest and extremely passionate about her work & her clients. She was available at any time... she is excellent at what she does, and it was a real pleasure to work with her and the Verbode team. She is so amazing that she sold the house in a couple of weeks. She is the best & you can trust her with all your real estate needs. I can't recommend her enoughaEUR|.

ZillowVERIFIED I couldn't be happier with the services Sarah and Veronica provided me when I decided to list my house with them. It seemed to be the talk of the town when I was finally put on the market and I owe that to the team they brought on from the photographer and stager to just using their own family members and friends to help move furniture I was unable to by myself. Without a doubt I will use Verbode if ever I find myself back in OKC.

ZillowVERIFIED I had a very challenging purchase of a house recently where the seller had some very different points of view in terms of realistic improvements that were necessary to sell the house. Sarah and Veronica were able to do some very clear calculations for the seller on my behalf and keep the deal afloat until we closed. Sarah and Veronica helped both sides of the the sale to understand patience and reality in how to help the other side make the correct determinations. This deal would NOT have closed without our girls staying the course on both sides. I will definitely use them again in a heartbeat!

ZillowVERIFIED This is the second time I've used Sarah and her team at Verbode, and again, I walk away from another experience completely satisfied. Sarah makes the process of buying or selling a home less stressful and I always know I'm in good hands. In today's world where you almost feel like you have to be leery about all business deals, Sarah has a way of putting you at ease. I am confident in the decisions I make when I have Sarah on my side. I will continue to use her as my realtor in the future and recommend her to anyone looking for a great buying/selling experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Knowledge of wire transfer date required needs to be clarified with lender and title company. Two dates missed causing the buyer to find alternative funds which were suppose to have been provided by the real estate transaction. Other than that glitch the overall service was A+. Would not hesitate to recommend to others needing a top notch realtor with a great organization behind her. She and her associate sold the condo in a record short time span. Knowledge of electronic signing impressive.

ZillowVERIFIED We knew nothing about the neighborhoods in okc. I brought a map just so she could point out a few locations... Sarah proceeds to outline and name every neighborhood and give suggestions on where to look and where to stay away from. I've worked with a few realtors and have never felt like they understood what we are looking for, Sarah took the time to get to know us, what we really want and found a great house for us that we could afford. She has been such a blessing to me and my wife through out this entire process and I would recommend her to everyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah was nothing less than a godsend. Seriously. She met me to look over our house last minute on CHRISTMAS EVE. And she made it clear she was happy to do so. She was instantly more than a realtor-she was our friend. She made me feel good about our home and it's potential and guided us thoughtfully and informatively through the whole process. Our house had tons of showings right away and she found us the perfect buyer within just a few days of putting our house on the market. I could not possibly say enough positive things about her and the entire team at Verbode.

She was always willing to meet us at any hour to view homes and took time to talk with us day or night. She possesses the ability to shoot straight and speak simply to help keep the process simple. She helped us buy the home we wanted for under the price point we were at.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Sarah as an investor now for almost 3 years. I search for 15 years before I found one I was satisfied with, and I will continue to work with her!!! Sarah took the time to actually "LISTEN" to my needs and criteria for my investment properties. Others will set you up a MLS search. SARAH ACTUALLY WORKS HER TAIL OFF FOR YOU!!!, WHETHER YOU ARE BUYING OR SELLING!!! She has done both for me multiple times, and will continue to for as long as she wants to! Sarah knows the market! She works diligently for her clients! Like no other I have used before! I could not say enough to communicate to you how good she is. I recommend her to EVERYONE that even hints that they considering buying or selling or anything that has to do with needs for an agent. And I whole heartedly recommend her to whoever reads this.

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted Sarah on recommendation of our son and his wife, as she sold their home for them. We were more than pleased with her hard work and the results were exactly as we had hoped. Sarah came to look at and list our house and 2 days later, came back with a crew and made some changes in furniture placement and moving furniture to declutter other rooms. Sarah was about 7 months pregnant with her son and she directed and helped to plant gorgeous flowers and to clean the beds around the house-it was over 105 degrees and she was out there working with us to make our house look fantastic! She so determined and works hard to make your selling experience a pleasurable one, She gave great advice and direction in every decision needed along the way to selling our home. Sarah is creative and full of energy and will "pitch" a house to other agents for their clients, she never stops working for you until the deal is done. She was amazingly patient, but persistent in the whole process and encouraged us every step of the way. She had our listing for only 3 months and sold it! We were more than pleased with the results. Sarah is a true professional and so sweet, you'll fall in love with her! If I had another house to sell, I would most definitely give Sarah the llisting-she gets the job done!

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah is an EXCELLENT real estate professional. She helped us find the perfect home in OKC and then turn around and sell it 2 years later, within 2 months. Upon moving across the US, we turned to her in the final 30 days of closing. We almost didn't close due to our buyers until Sarah came in and showed extreme creativity in her negotiations. We then recommended Sarah to sell our parent's home in Edmond (they had been using another Realtor for over 6 months with very little action), and she was able to sell their home in less than 3 months. You won't be dissapointed when working with Sarah. She's knowledgeable, punctual and most of all, passionate about real estate and helping others.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Sarah to find a new home. We were very hard to please with lots of requirements, but she worked tirelessly searching for the perfect match, was never pushy, and maintained a wonderful positive attitude throughout the process. When she found it, it was perfect. She was great to work with through the purchase process, working with the seller's realtor, and all the inspection details and negotiations. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and capable. We have complete confidence in her ability and her integrity. We felt like we had a trusted friend representing our interests. We would definitely engage her again for our future needs and will recommend her highly to our friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Sarah for several months in trying to find just the right kind of property to suit our needs. She was always quick to find homes for us to look at and evaluate but would cull out the ones that were obviously not good situations. Sarah also has a good knowledge of service people that could quickly evaluate and fix problems to the homes. Overall, we were very pleased and satisfied to work with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah was always profession and listened to my concerns and praises. She used what I said I didn't like to help narrow down what I did want in a house. She was able to prevent showing me things I did not like by doing this, thereby saving time and decreasing stress and frustration. She was very aware of how quickly we wanted a new home; and respected our price range. She helped us find an energy efficient home and was incredibly knowledgeable on the science behind energy efficiency construction. She was willing to work with us come rain, snow (literally), and sunshine. I was very pleased with Sarah and will highly recommend her to anyone that is interested.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough praises for Sarah and her dedication to her clients. Sarah drove down from Edmond to meet with us everytime she had to show us a home. She always had a smile on her face and treated us like we were long time friends. We had so many specific requirements on the home we wanted, that it was difficult to find exactly what we wanted in the area we wanted. Sarah worked with us patiently, day in and day out, home after home until we found OUR home. Even after we found the perfect home for us, she continued to work with us all the way through the close process, ensuring we were comfortable with the transaction every step of the way. Even after closing on our home, we continue to keep in touch with Sarah. She not only was an amazing Realtor, but she became a great friend to our entire family.

ZillowVERIFIED My family and I have moved A LOT so I have a significant amount of experience working with realtors. I can honestly say that Sarah has been the best experience we've had moving and purchasing a home. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome, spent an enormous amount of time with us, and stayed in contact with us all the way through closing. She worked with contractors when I didn't have time and showed us our house as often as we liked. She made my wife feel really welcome and is very knowledgable about the area. The contacts she has are incredible and she can literally get anything done. I have recommended Sarah to colleagues and the feedback has been exactly the same. She is the only realtor I would recommend.
