When we moved here from Austin and began working with Sarah and Davey to find a new home, they had the uncanny ability within the time we saw a couple or three homes to know what we wanted and what we didnt want. This makes them and their company Bridge to Brow extremely efficient. Within the span of visiting no more than five properties, we had found the home we wanted to buy and did buy. When we decided on the house we wanted to buy, Sarah and Davey were as good at negotiating and advising as they are at knowing the market and their clients. They helped us evaluate the pros and cons. They kept the process of negotiating moving smoothly, knowing when to wait and when to act. We felt they represented us positively. And after the agreement was made, they moved into problem-solving mode whenever needed. Required flood insurance not available as planned? No problem. Sarah called her personal insurance agent who found flood insurance for us in a matter of hours. Someone needed to determine the probable cause of a wet spot in the back yard? Davey had his personal yard man to the house the next day to see what needed to be done. And their great services did not end when we closed on the house. After closing, they continued to solve this little problem and that...where are the garage door openers? Is there a manual on line for the heating/cooling system? How do we operate the irrigation system? What about the security system? Even much later, when we decided to buy a new kitchen range for the house, Sarah sent us all the details on a kitchen range she had bought for a building project a few months before.Even though its been three months since we closed on the house, we know that if we called either Sarah or Dave with a problem today, they would help us solve it. They are our agents now and forever.And speaking of forever, we first met Sarah Brodgon in 2015 when she represented the property owner of a cabin we were purchasing in Soddy-Daisy. Knowing this move was coming, I reached out to Sarah after a trusted recommendation for a realtor. She checked in periodically over the year I had explained I had to touch base and make sure I was able to get a good feel for the market. Finally, we started seriously looking. One of the best qualities I found in Sarah as a realtor (one of the many) was her honesty and her ability to truly understand what we wanted. She, her team, my wife, and I searched and searched. Ultimately, they found us exactly for what we were looking for. When we decided to make an offer, she did not pressure me at all to offer more than I was comfortable with. She was an excellent negotiator on the price of the home we purchased. The house actually appraised for more than the price Sarah negotiated for us, so we had instant equity. I have never had that experience with any other realtor. I seriously can't think of anything she could have done any better. This was the best purchasing experience we have ever had.
