ZillowVERIFIED I found KenDale while I was trying to do a FSBO... or rather, she found me! She was the only agent to actually ask for my business, and though I said no at the time, I soon realized that she was as awesome as they said! She bent over backward to help us sell the house. She coordinated the inspections and repairs, gave me the hard truths, and ultimately, helped us get out over $10k more than if we had any other agent! She truly is incredible, and you should absolutely hire her! You won't be sorry!Oh, and if you're military, definitely call her first. I'm a retired USAF officer, and I trust her completely!
