This was our first dealings with Sarah and she is top notch. Due to being located out of state, we had to rely on her to represent us and act on our behalf more than in a normal house buying situation. Through the entire process, Sarah was very friendly, professional and easy to work with. She was knowledgeable and skillful in negotiating the offer on the home and never afraid to take on any challenges. She made herself available and communicated steps that needed to be completed and possible issues. When there were choices to be made, she researched and presented all the available information to assist in making decisions.
