ZillowVERIFIEDSara was extremely helpful in the entire process of selling the house. The house was sold in only 4 days of listing it. From the photos to the closing Sara handled every aspect of the sale. Sara has great communication skills, always notifying us of showings well in advance. We would highly recommend Sara to anyone that is thinking of listing their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Can't say enough about Sara . She knows her stuff. We are out of state investors so we put alot of pressure on the agents we use. Sara has been one of the few who's always honest and straightforward. We have purchased and sold 7 properties with her and sent another 5 over that she handled. Definitely give her a try

ZillowVERIFIED Sara did an outstanding job of helping me navigate homes in the area. I was so impressed with her knowledge not just of the area but her actual knowledge of the structure /layout/ material quality/ renovation potentials of the homes we looked at. Sara was SUPER responsive and professional. Ive bought/sold in multiple metro areas throughout the country and Sara is right up there with the best in those areas. Highly recommend. I look forward to working with her again soon

ZillowVERIFIED Sara knows exactly how to get it done. My wife and I were in the midst of the crazy housing market in the Spring/Summer of 2021. Thanks to Sara, we landed a deal of a lifetime on a house within the school district we wanted. She knows everything there is to know start to finish, and would do everything in her power to ensure her client gets the best deal possible. Transparency was also a top priority of hers. Sara is a Champion in Real Estate, and has my highest recommendation!

ZillowVERIFIED Sara was amazing from first call all the way to the one millionth group text. She was always available for any questions or issues we had. We bought and sold our homes with Sara and wouldn?t recommend anybody else to help guide you through the stressful process of home buying. She made it easy and a whole lot less stressful.

ZillowVERIFIED Sara is AMAZING! My husband and I were looking for a home for our little family for nearly two years. We had an agent before who we came to realize wasn?t really interested in our best interests. From the first text message exchange I had with Sara I could just tell how knowledgeable, and how zoned in she was with making sure we found a house that met all our requirements. She also signed me up to receive emails about houses in the areas we were looking in. She made the extensive search of house hunting very enjoyable. As many ?no?s? we received she never appeared to be defeated and always had us keeping our heads up for the ?next? one! I would recommend her 100%!

ZillowVERIFIED Sara is hands down the best realtor in the area . I tried working with a few people before her , and they lacked the passion and knowledge of the industry I was looking for to ensure I was making a good purchase . From beginning to end she made the experience not only tolerable, but fun. Thanks Sara, you truly are the best!

ZillowVERIFIED I can?t say enough positive comments about Sara Weiss. My husband and I met Sara a few years ago when we were shopping for a home. As buyers, we found Sara to be the perfect advocate for us. All of our questions were answered and she was incredibly accommodating to our schedules. As it turned out, we ended up moving into a deceased family member?s home and then asked Sara to sell our old home. From a seller?s standpoint, she shined again. She sold our home in literally a matter of weeks for a fair price right before winter set in. Such a relief! I found Sara to be invaluable at positioning the price of our home accurately in the market and then when we had a potential buyer, negotiating the price to what we were happy with without losing the buyer?s interest. So important! I think the 2 best things that I loved about having Sara as our realtor is that she is down to earth and explained everything to us and that she was so responsive to texts when timing was important. We could not have even asked for a better experience as a buyer or a seller!

ZillowVERIFIED Sara repented us in meeting our needs to sell our family home. It was very quick turnaround as our home was on the market for a just a few days. She was successful in obtaining an offer. Her skill set is outstanding as well as her negotiation skills in meeting our needs. She handled herself in a very professional manner and was readily available via phone calls an text messaging for suggestions and follow I would recommend Sara to anyone as she understands the customers needs and expectations. This is the second sale of a home that Sara represented our family and also had a successful outcome in the sale of that property. Sara also did whatever had to be done at the respective property to have it shown properly to gain the offer and sale. Outstanding effort Sara - thank you Again!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Sara was a very pleasurable experience. She went above and beyond at all levels. And another thing that I liked about her was that it didnt feel like business, it felt like you were looking at homes with family or a really close friend. She came highly recommended to me by a long time friend and I have also told others about her that were looking as well.

ZillowVERIFIED We had the pleasure of working with Sara as out agent for the sale of one house and purchase of another. With the sale of our old house she was a wealth of knowledge, it was our first experience with a realtor and she was happy to answer any questions no matter how silly. She had wonderful ideas with staging. With her suggestions on furniture placement and clutter removal our house looked so much more spacious and appealing for the listing. She had a signed contract within 2 months at the price we wanted. With the purchase of our new house, she had the patience of a saint, we were trying to find a multi unit and she wasnt going to push us into anything. It was like shopping with a friend, she was honest about what she felt could be a problem, or what she felt wasnt the right fit for our life or budget. Once we picked a house her professionalism amazed me. The other realtor involved in the deal was as crooked as they come making the closing process a nightmare. Sara stood up for us in a professional manner and got the job done as quickly and as stress free as possible. I have recommended her to several family members and they too were very pleased with her work.

ZillowVERIFIED Sara was great to work with, Sara made a difficult time much easier and less stressful then I ever thought possible. Due to a job opportunity that presented itself we made a hard decision to sell our home of many years. From our first meeting Sara made me feel very comfortable, her personality and knowledge is above par and her attentiveness to my needs is much appreciated. Sara worked with us throughout the process giving us feedback along the way, we made simple improvements where we could based on the feedback and got the house sold within our timeline.

ZillowVERIFIED I am so lucky to have been able to work with Sara. I was a first time homebuyer and had very little knowledge about buying. She took her time and walked us through every step explaining everything in detail to us. She knew how bad I wanted this house and stopped at nothing to help me get it. She was so patient with us while we got our loan together, which took longer than any of us expected. She also sold our existing house in less than a month. One thing I absolutely loved was that she was so quick to get back to me no matter what. I never waited longer than 10 minutes for a response. Sara really is top of the line! I recommend her to anyone buying a house.

ZillowVERIFIED Based on these reviews we contacted Sara to help us purchase a home in PA. We were from out of state and had limited time to spend searching for a home. We ultimately selected a home in a different region of Pennsylvania but cannot say enough about how well we were treated by Sara. She responded quickly to my initial phone call, she showed us houses and knew lots of details not only about the home but the area as well. AND when we expanded our search to areas outside her ability to service, she made sure we were referred properly to other agents that could assist us in the buying process. She did all of this quickly, with high integrity, and a great sense of humor. I am grateful to Sara for starting us on the right track to purchasing a home in PA.

ZillowVERIFIED Sara Weiss is a great realtor. As first time home buyers we were clueless on where we even begin. Sara patiently walked us threw the entire process she knew exactly what we were both looking for and showed us houses that were right for us . She was very detailed on both positives and negatives of each house. When we were ready to make an offer she made sure to go over every detail to make sure we understood everything and also gave her knowledgable advise. She firmly negotiated all the repairs she felt needed to be made by the seller so that we can comfortably move right in she also gave great recommendations which made for a very smooth closing. I would highly recommend sara if you are buying a new home she is a great person and will have you settled in your perfect home in no time at all!!

ZillowVERIFIED Having Sara as my realtor truly helped me through the home buying process. Being a first time homeowner - I wasnt very educated in that area. Not only did she assist me in finding just the right home, she also guided me in the right direction with the mortgage/lending process and referred me to very helpful agencies. She is honest, direct, punctual and reliable. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is selling or purchasing a home.
