I help my clients navigate the often challenging waters of the home buying and selling process, resulting only in a beautiful experience. I always knew that I wanted to chart a path helping others and found my true calling in real estate, serving clients and guiding them through one of the most significant investments of their lives. Before my adventure in real estate, I owned a business in the Millwork District, "Inspire Cafe," and have been in management for over ten years. I have also renovated homes and managed rental properties. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Clarke University in 2002. When I'm not busy helping clients, I enjoy spending time outdoors with family and hiking with my two dogs, Stella and Murphy. Sara is wonderful. My husband and I were pre-approved on a Wednesday, so we contacted Sara on the following Friday. She asked us our needs v. wants, then sent us a link to a house. Husband and I fell in love immediately. Sara booked a walkthrough the following Sunday, and we signed our intent to purchase on Monday. Recap: pre-approved on Wednesday, and the following Monday, we signed papers to start the home buying process - a total of 5 days. Sara took care of everything from there, and we moved in to our new home this last Friday. Not once did I feel stressed. I actually asked myself if we were missing or forgetting because this process was way too easy. You may ask, "Jenna, why was it so easy and efficient to find and purchase a house?"
