ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I have bought and sold multiple homes with Sara and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to do either activity. She is extremely detail oriented and has a lot of knowledge about Milwaukee and its surrounding areas & counties (Waukesha, Washington, Racine, etc.). Also, Sara always has a very good photographer which really helps highlight the home and ultimately aids in selling the home. In addition, she gives good feedback on what can be done to maximize both the probability of a home selling as well as how to capture the most value for the home. Every time we worked with her our houses sold significantly faster than we had anticipated and we managed to extract more value than we had planned. For all the reasons above, if I were selling or buying another home in Wisconsin I would not go to anyone other than Sara.

ZillowVERIFIED Sara was such an asset when we decided to sell our home at the aEURoelast minuteaEUR?. She was able to get the photographer our and the listing go live in 2 days. She was cool under pressure, had us list at a fair price which prompted a bidding war and we sold at a better price than we thought we could ever had. We would highly recommend Sara Papp. She is kind, personable, knowledgeable and helpful. She knows the market. She brought us offers late into the night, discussing pros and cons of each offer. I would definitely work with Sara again!

ZillowVERIFIED Sara did a excellent job scheduling showings and inspections with tenants. Great communication and people skills. The building was older and the home inspection report turned up more than I had anticipated. Sara helped we work through each item one by one and we resolved everything to the buyers satisfaction in a manner that was fair to me and the buyers. We closed on time and we were quite pleased how Sara communicated from beginning to end and kept tge process on track and on time.

ZillowVERIFIED We listed our home on Friday July 19, 2024 - pictures went online Wednesday, July 24th and we had 20 showings and 3 offers by Sunday July 28th. We moved on August 29th - one month! Almost unheard of in the real estate world. Sara was always available by text or phone. Thanks for the great work.

ZillowVERIFIED Very knowledgeable and able to tap into the local market. We got a good price for our home and very fast closing. We selected Sara as we were very aware of her experience in the Muskego area due to the marketing strategies she employs. These same strategies were very useful in getting our sale done. We had 18 showings in the first two days the house was on the market and received 9 offers during that time. Sara had excellent knowledge of our specific neighborhood, market value, and the significance of the time of year (early summer.) Sara communicated often with us through multiple methods, but mostly through text message - very timely. We had mainly moved away from the Milwaukee area already, and were able to arrange most signatures, etc. remotely.

ZillowVERIFIED Sara was a phenomenal agent and I'm so happy I found her to help me sell my investment property. She took the time to listen to my goals with selling the property and was incredibly knowledgeable about the market and what action should be taken. When I ran into tenant issues, she was patient while getting those solved and was great about negotiating not just a primary offer but a backup offer too! I believe your real estate agent should be someone you can trust with one of largest purchases/sales you make in your life and Sara is absolutely such! If youre looking for someone to assist with your real estate goals, Sara Papp is by far the best and most professional agent in the business!

ZillowVERIFIED Sara was very professional from the outset. She explained her marketing plan for our listing and followed that plan throughout the sales process. She kept us posted on feedback she received after showings and provided us a recap weekly of where things stood. She was very responsive to phone messages, text messages and emails we left her, and we never felt like we were out of the loop. Her guidance along the way showed her many years selling real estate in our area. She provided thorough explanations of documents we needed to review and sign, and consistently answered all questions we had.

ZillowVERIFIED Sara helped my husband & I buy our house in 2009, but most recently she helped my brother & I sell our mom's house which we grew up in. Sara told us what would happen & when. She was compassionate knowing this was a hard decision for us to make. Sara kept in touch in a timely manner & everything happened so quickly & smoothly just as she promised! She gave us different options & her opinions when we asked, but we made the final decisions. Thank you so much, Sara, you helped us more than you know!! Cheryl

ZillowVERIFIED I originally worked with Sara when I purchased my home. That experience working with her to get me into my house was perfect. We found the right house for me at that time and I couldnt have asked for anything better than what Sara did. A few years later, I got married and it was time to sell. Without hesitation, I contacted Sara to start that process. She answered all my questions and came up with a plan on how to get the house sold. The market being what it is, we had a few offers to go through. Again, Saras expertise and experience is amazing. We got the house on market, 15 showings, 5 offers, and the accepted offer all within 48 hours. Having worked with Sara on both ends now, I honestly do not feel there would be anyone that could do what she does. One million percent recommend!!

ZillowVERIFIED Sara made it possible for us to get into a home that we truly love. She took us on a tour of several houses via zoom as we were out of state and we trusted her enough to make an offer and ultimately purchase one of them sight unseen! We moved from Colorado to Wisconsin. We went with a lender we had used previously in Colorado to help us with our new home in Wisconsin and it ended up being a huge mistake. In the final hours our lender failed us and Sara immediately put us in touch with a local lender in Wisconsin that she trusted and knew would get the job done right. She had our backs throughout the entire process. We cannot say enough about her professionalism and knowledge of the industry. She always responded in a timely manner, which let us know that we were important. I think it goes without saying that we would highly recommend her. She is the best! She cares about you and providing exceptional service. Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED Our family has known Sara Papp for many years and she has worked with other members of our family who have bought and sold homes through her. This was our first time selling a home and we found Sara to be helpful in guiding us through the process from establishing an asking price through the closing process. She knew the market and area well. This was an Estate Sale which involved a little more details and Sara was on top of keeping the transaction flowing smoothly. Her response time to questions and situations we had was very quick. We would gladly work with Sara again and would be quick to recommend her to others.

ZillowVERIFIED Sara was great. I was a first time home buyer with little to no knowledge about how anything worked. She was great with answering any and all questions I had whether day or night, weekend or weekday. I hope to not be a part of the housing market anytime soon but if I needed to do it again Id definitely call her.

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Papp is the utmost professional, highly organized and very personable. She made this process easy and enjoyable! For example, when findings came back that the well needed considerable repairs and the amount of these repairs should be taken off the price of the house, Ms. Papp negotiated with the sellers on the best approach to the situation resulting in a decrease in the full purchase amount for the house. I strongly believe that Ms. Papp's 18 years of experience dealing with these kinds of situations was a tremendous asset to the outcome. Thank you so much Sara. :)
