ZillowVERIFIED Sara was very helpful in buying our first home. We told her what we were looking for and presented us with listings that met our criteria and price range. We couldnt really decide right off where we wanted to live but that didnt bother her at all. She traveled all around central Indiana to show us houses and ended up in Kokomo where she had a lead on a house that had been completely remodeled and we fell in love. She worked with us day and night and gave us a lot of insight on propertys. I would absolutely recommend her to friends and family. She was the right choice for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Sara Meadows... more like Ms. Real Estate Rockstar..!!! Just some words to describe Sara: Professional, knowledgeable, competent, available, flexible, and stylish. Sara was very much involved and in contact with me since the first online inquiry about a home posted on Zillow. The most impressive skill Sara has is making herself available to clients when they need to communicate. I was regularly emailing back and forth with her at 10pm about houses I was interested in and then during the purchase process. If she can show a home at 9pm for you then shell do it, I had a late night request for a showing and the seller was agreeable to it, so she made it happen. She was also in regular contact with my lender when they were dragging feet a bit. Best of all Sara is honest and wont be afraid to tell you when a deal or offer is good or bad. Thanks Sara!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Sara helped me find my first home to buy. She was very helpful in finding homes to look at and when 1 would get an offer on it that I had showed her she would let me know. The 1 I really liked actually got an offer on it immediately before I could even get in and see it. Well the accepted offer fell through and she got ahold of me asap and got me in to see it and an offer in that evening for the house. She negotiated everything I had to have to purchase the home into the offer and got it accepted within a few days. Would recommend working with her if you are looking to buy a home!
