Gerardo did a wonderful job of finding me properties to look at that fit my specifications - he was clearly highly motivated to find me the perfect home to buy. I'm also pleased with the sale price he negotiated. Where he could use some improvement was in the final closing process - filling out all the paperwork/dealing with the lawyers, etc. - as a first time buyer, I needed some guidance and didn't feel that I had his full attention for those aspects of my real estate purchase. However, I am still very grateful for all the help I got from him in the most critical phases of the process: finding my new home and making sure I paid a reasonable price for it.
