There was no pressure from Sara to get our home listed ASAP. Even when we started looking at homes, there was no pressure to buy or sell. She was available at all hours to take any of our questions and responded back if not immediately, within a reasonable time frame. When we put an offer on a home, we were ready to put our home on the market, she was savvy enough to lower the price of our home during a holiday weekend, which brought in a cash buyer who wanted a very quick escrow. Lets just say that everything worked out beautifully and the escrows somehow ended up lining up. I would highly recommend Sara to anyone who does not like high pressure sales people. She is very down to earth, personable, knowledgeable and has been in the industry for quite awhile. So she has seen the ups and downs of the market. She knows exactly what shes doing, and she is fun to work with.
