We also talked about the listing price we had in mind when everything was complete. When I was finally ready to list we revisited all the numbers, and her expertise in closely following the local market ended up bringing in an nice additional profit when everything was all said and done. That extra profit will go a long way in doing some repairs on my new home she had already helped my find. I am so thankful for her experience. Months later, the sellers contacted us and accepted the bid. In those months, Sara kept in good relation with the sellers realtor so when no other interesting bids occurred, our name resurfaced. We love the house, the neighborhood, and being close to our children. Sara was instrumental in this. She is great.

Sara took the time to get to know us as a family and what our ideal home would be. And found it! We fell in love with a home and lost it to a higher bidder. Sara made it her mission to find us a home that we would love even more, and she did. We bought that house and lived oh so happyily in it for 13 years.
