ZillowVERIFIED Zillow paired us with Sara after another organization connected us with an agency the just didn't GET IT! Sara and Rachael helped find a house that checked ALL the boxes (and we had a LONG LIST) and close a deal. I really think we would have given up and stayed where we were if we had not been introduce to the Sara Duncan Team. We were on the verge of giving up in this Seller's Market and just waiting for things to cool down. We also did not take her recommendation for a bank and used our current bank thinking it would be easier. It was not easy and when things got sticky because the bank failed to make the closing on time Sara and Rachael helped keep the Sale from falling apart. We own them a lot! We recommend them HIGHLY and would use them again in a minute if need be.

Needless to say our income is rather low. Due to the low level of our income we had to utilize a USDA 502 Direct Loan. This presented many different obstacles and barriers for us to overcome. Long story short, we started the home buying process in the spring of 2018. After visiting multiple homes for a year we finally signed a contract in April of 2019. I had a financial maximum budget, and pretty much wanted to look at everything within that budget. I first have to commend her for her diligence, as that would have driven me crazy! It wasn't an issue for her, I made many trips to Berkeley Springs, and she met me there every time. When we were touring the potential buys, she had no problem finding the houses. It ended up that one of the first houses that we visited, was the one for me. I purchased it a couple of weeks ago, and am very happy. Sara walked me through all of the processes, and went to great lengths to make it as smooth as possible, she even traveled to DC (where I live and work) to carry some papers to me when tardiness would have held up the buying process. In other words, she went above and beyond the expected limits of her job. I'm confident that she'd do the same for others!
