She was referred to me by my sister who also went through her in purchasing her first home and had nothing but good things to say about her responsiveness, knowledgeability, and flexibility. The Sold by Sara team stayed connected with my sister after her home closed and have occasionally sent her treats around the holiday season. Such a nice touch and really shows their clients that they care.At first, my boyfriend and I went back and forth on whether we wanted to stay in the Milwaukee area or if we wanted to live in Central Wisconsin. After working with Vicki for a few months we let her know that we wanted to move our home search to the Waupaca area and she connected us with a different realtor with Keller Williams that serviced that area. After a couple of months of searching in Waupaca, we changed our minds and decided that we wanted to stay close to family. We contacted Vicki and she took us on as clients again. Vicki always responded back to us right away when we were interested in a home and was able to schedule showings for us quickly. During our showings, she was very personable and honest about both the selling points and where we would need to invest time and money with each place we looked at. When we found a place we liked enough to put an offer in, Vicki was amazing in guiding us through the process. My boyfriend and I had lots of questions through the process and she was always so knowledgeable and patient in answering them. She ensured we knew the process as we were going through it so that there were no surprises. When we got our accepted offer, the office team was also very helpful. Ashley Andrews communicated deadlines for us leading up to closing to keep us on track and made herself available for any questions we had.
