As a first time home-buyer in a market where houses would go under contract within a day of posting, she was excellent and ready to go at a moment's notice. I was not familiar with the terminology or how the process worked outside of researching via Youtube videos and online sites. Right away, she was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with me to help determine what would be a good fit for me. She even recommended lending agents, and one of them ended up providing the best deal and lowest percentage I could find. I greatly appreciated that. Sara was available via text, email, and even a phone call if needed, even for the smallest of questions or worries for this first time home-buyer. Sara was willing to meet me late in the evenings and weekends which was helpful when I work a traditional day shift and sometime stuck at work after normal business hours.
