Sara was the BEST of the best. She made the entire process easy by answering all of my questions at ridiculous times and helped to calm me down when I started to stress over parts of the selling process. I would, and have recommend Sara to Anyone interested in selling or buying a home. Even if you just have questions about it, she is your woman. I can not thank her enough for her kindness and patience.

When I wanted to buy a house, I had no idea where to start. As soon as I asked Sara for help, it was a HUGE relief. She talked me through what to expect, and was attentive to my (often unnecessary) questions and worries. I am beyond grateful for her expertise & I highly recommend her! I?ve seen other friends struggle through this type of process, but Sara always had an update and suggestion for how to make things easier. She?s definitely the reason I was able to buy my dream home.

Sara Chappel was professional, helpful, and quick to respond. She helped us sell our parents house sooner than we ever thought possible. Her negotiation skills are top notch and she got us more money than we realized it was worth. She was always available and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable throughout the process. Sara was an absolute pleasure to work with and we would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She is also great dealing with difficult people.

Sara is a very hands on person. Very respectful and very professional. I dont think I would be as happy as I am if I were to use another Agent. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to purchase a home.
