ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Sara if you are looking for an agent with knowledge dedication honesty and integrity.My home had been on the market for 3 yrs. due to poor market conditions as well as the fact that 2 purchase offers fell through because the buyers could not sell their homes. This extended the time on the market so long it created suspisions in the minds of prospective buyers in spite of the fact that it was a beautiful home in a fantastic area. Sara put her drive into finding a buyer... In assisting me to find another more appropriate home[downsizing] she used her knowledge of quality awareness..to steer me away from a home I really wanted so badly I was blind to its flaws which would need a lot of money in future repairs. Many realtors would ignore the defects just to make a sale but she instead used her keen intuitive knowledge for seeing quality vs. problems and let the sale go...I would have bought that house and it would have been a mistake. She steered me toward a more appropriate home which I am very happy in. I will certainly keep her in mind if I ever have to move and steer family and friends in her direction without any reservations. You can trust Sara to keep your best interest as a goal.
