We wanted to go forward to sign the lease and move quickly on the apartment. Saquib assured us we would get the apartment and the landlord would work on some repairs we had requested prior to move in. After not hearing back or receiving information through email after the deadline, we eventually called him through a different phone, which he answered immediately. We were worried but he assured us we would get the apartment and he would update us the next day. The next day to our dismay, he told us that the apartment was leased out to another couple. Saquibs lack of responsiveness and respect was extremely disappointing. He was very unprofessional and I would not recommend working with him.

My only regret is that I did not meet Saki sooner and found out he also could have relieved my stress in managing my condo with all the tenant and repair headaches.
