ZillowVERIFIEDSanto is an exceptional real estate agent. Ive worked with him on multiple purchases and he will be the only real estate agent that I work with moving forward. The best thing about Santo is as he learns you and what you like, he will tell you honestly if he believes that the property is right for you, I love that he points out all the things that he believes to be areas of opportunity with the home so that through negotiations, you can get the best deal. Very responsive communication and his network is vast. He can recommend lenders or contractors if youre looking to do things to your home. 10/10 would recommend anyone looking for a real estate purchase to call Santo.

ZillowVERIFIED Santos has been a God sent. Husband and I are both two millennials with a limited budget. Santos himself was able to find us the most beautiful house with the walls still attached!! That in itself is amazing in this market!! We loved Santos for his full transparency throughout our process. Santos is very knowledgeable about todays market. We also genuinely had alot of fun looking through the houses, he brings characters to each viewing and more importantly a detailed eye for imperfections to point out the icks of the house and the positives.. We found this helpful as first time home buyers, we definitely needed the guidance. Husband and I are also thankful for Santos fast approach and flexibility timing for scheduling viewing. I personally feel Santos stands out over the others just on his direct approach. He is a straight shooter, no bs. You definitely want him on your team. We trust Santos with our family, I'd recommend you to hire Santos for your family. Thank you Santos ?? Best Wishes to you/family.

ZillowVERIFIED Highly recommend Santo for your home-buying needs. He was extremely informed on the market and took the time to ensure he was finding properties to fit our needs. He was always available for questions and ensured we understood the pros/cons of each property so we could feel confident in our decision. He helped us close fast on a house in a tough market while not rushing our decision making. He even negotiated that the seller fix a few things prior to closing even though it was a sold-as-is property. Santo will work hard to find you the home that is perfect for you and has your best interest in the purchasing process.

ZillowVERIFIED Santo worked tirelessly to help my husband and I find a home. We appreciated his attention to detail, pointing out qualities and potential items of concern in each house, which was extremely helpful given the fast home sale market. Santo was our partner the whole way, in finding a home and navigating through the closing process.

ZillowVERIFIED Santo is not your typical real estate agent. I can?t say enough great things about him. He is a young guy who is wise beyond his years. Santo is extremely helpful and knowledgeable; I swear he had an answer for every question we had and if he didn?t on the spot he?d text me with the answer so quickly. You need referrals for home insurance or an attorney? He got you! You need him to meet you same day to beat others to that perfect home? He?s there! Santo is very down to earth and listens to your likes and disliked then sends you recommendations tailored to your wants and needs. Seriously though, if you want someone to help make the home buying experience a pleasant one, you have got to go with Santo!!! Santo took us from home to home until we found the perfect one for us. He doesn?t treat you like a client, you feel as you are his only priority until you find that home. Santo, thank you for being patient with us, never pushing us, and always making sure we were comfortable and up to date with everything from mortgage rates to insurance, to closing! I know you will go a long way and can?t wait to have you over when we are all set up!! Don?t forget us when you are a hotshot real estate guru and billionaire! ?? No longer your clients but now your friends! -Shefa and Sammy

ZillowVERIFIED I recently sold my house and Santo was the agent for the buyer. I need to emphasize that he was the buyers agent and I was the seller but he did more to effectuate this deal than my agent ever considered. Where my agent would not provide timely information as to the process Santo was always on top of things and let us know what the problems getting to closing were in stark contrast to our agent who often was nowhere to be found. From my experience I would highly recommend him as your next real estate agent.

He helped us look for homes and explained in details about what type of home we were getting. I recommend Santo to anyone in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut area. He is awesome. He works well with other brokers to get the deal done. If things were difficult for us to understand, we walked us through and was there every step of the way. You cant beat not having a businessman like him on your side. We appreciate him from the bottom of our hearts. He helped us get our first home.
