I love real estate. It is not only my job, it is my passion. I am a REALTOR(R), a CPA, a native Arizonan, and an experienced real estate investor. I have watched this outpost blossom and come of age. I have watched dirt roads and cotton farms give way to amazing cities and a wealth of opportunity. As a Phoenix real estate agent, I am proud and honored to have been a part of the growth of this amazing state and the Valley of the Sun. My upbringing as a native Arizonan, along with my experiences as a Phoenix REALTOR(R), a CPA, and a real estate investor have given me a unique insight into many aspects of the real estate industry. It is my job to fully understand the economic ramifications of any decision you make, from an emotional perspective, from an investment perspective, and from a tax perspective. I have made it my goal to educate myself on every aspect of the loan process. This has allowed me to keep my clients at peace during the escrow process. I pride myself on being able to create a stress free transaction for my clients, where minor bumps in the road are not confronted with more anxiety, but are overcome by efficient solutions.
