ZillowVERIFIEDIt was the absolute best working with Sandy! She was so helpful in looking for homes that would fits us as well as answering my ten million questions. We loved her help because we had to buy our home virtually from states away and she would do great video tours of hte homes and show us everything - good, bad, ugly. Her honesty when going through homes virtually helped us feel very comfortable buying a home without seeing it in person. 12/10 recommendation for Sandy!
ZillowVERIFIEDMy wife and I were moving from Colorado and had a very strict schedule of availability for phone calls and visits. She was able to work around that issue, and meet up/answer text and calls in a reasonable amount of time.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe found Ms. Smith to be very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and very professional at her job. Ms. Smith has been amazing agent to work with us. She showed a good consideration, understanding and went above and beyond our expectations to complete the sale of our property. We are very grateful and thankful that we listed our property with Ms. Smith and hold her in high regards.
ZillowVERIFIEDSandy was AMAZING! From start to finish, she was always talking to us and helping us find the best ways to accommodate our unique military situation. If we are ever looking for another home, Sandy will be the first person we call!
ZillowVERIFIEDSandy was sooo great! We were out of state so she did video walk through of all the homes we were interested in. She was very attentive to the fine details and potential flaws of the homes. She gave her honest opinions of the aesthetics of the homes and the space provided. She made our first home buying experience one to beat! She dealt with our crazy schedules, and never failed to respond in a timely manner. I recommend her to absolutely anyone looking for homes in this area! She helped us find a perfect house regardless of being able to see it in person! Thanks Sandy!
