ZillowVERIFIEDSandy was Awesome. She was very professional, knowledgeable and dependable. My wife and I live out of town so we thought the process of selling our place was going to be a challenge. Once we handed Sandy the keys she and her team went in there and made everything go so smooth. She had our place sold in less than a week. She kept us up to date throughout the whole process and answered all our questions. Couldnt have asked for a better Realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Sandy was critical to my finding a house on a very compressed timeline while I was still working full time. Any home that I would ask her to visit, she would not only book a viewing for that day, but would provide a background for the home. She was honest throughout and therefore a good source of feedback for the quality of the homes that we saw together. She turned what could have been a stressful home buying experience into a pleasant one and taught me a lot in the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Sandy was great! Very professional and kind. We never felt pressured the whole time we were looking for our perfect home. We also never heard any complains from her even though the place were looking to buy a home is 1 hour drive to her office/home. Sandy answers our questions in timely manner and she does make sure we get answers. Were so glad we had her as our realtor! We definitely recommend her. With our experience, you can tell that Sandy love her job so much :)

ZillowVERIFIED Sandy Osuna was beyond amazing in her entire performance as our realtor. Her team and organization skills were evident and although this was a first time home buying experience for my wife and I, Sandy's expertise always made us feel at ease.It goes without saying that Sandy Osuna was on top of everything! The time of day, the day in the week and all other factors were non-existent when it came to the attentiveness we received from Sandy and her team. Emails, texts and calls were always answered and no question was ever left unanswered. To say we felt blessed to have Sandy has our realtor is an understatement.Thank you Sandy for all of your help and time! We are forever grateful and beyond excited to start this new chapter in our lives, all thanks to you!

ZillowVERIFIED Sandy was an amazing realtor. Sandy was professional in every encounter. Accommodated our schedule and was available to answer questions at any time. Sandy made us feel comfortable with every step in the home search process and explained in detail specifics about what to expect. Sandy's negotiating skills were outstanding which resulted in a better deal for our home. We recommend Sandy for buyers using the VA home loans.

ZillowVERIFIED Absolutely amazing job! I am not writing a novel like most people do because actions speak louder than words. Sandy is the exact person you need to work with whose work ethic is phenominal. She answered each question and assisted me throughout the entire process. What makes her awesome is that she was very honest and didn't pressure me or tried to sell something because of the high value. But rather spent a lot of time looking and researching a lot of places to fit my needs. First home owner and used the VA loan. I highly recommend for all VA users to seek Sandy and simply any current or future home buyers.

ZillowVERIFIED This is our 3rd full week at our new home and we couldn't be happier! Sandy did such a great job helping us buy our 1st home. She so much knowledge of the area and process of buying a home. Sandy made buying a house feel painless! I had heard so many horror stories but I am happy to say with Sandy it was a piece of cake. Our bid was accepted the 1st week of May and we had the keys in our hands by May 31st. I would totally recommend Sandy to help you purchase your dream home. As I mentioned, she is very knowledgeable with the Chula Vista area, process and just a great person to work with. We enjoyed house hunting with Sandy and everyday my little one would ask "are we going to look at houses with Sandy today?"

She was always available to show us homes at a moment's notice or answer our many questions during the process and we went through it twice with Sandy. We had issues with the first home and had to start over, but Sandy was able to help us through it and find us an even better home. She was always ahead of the game to make sure we were setup to close on time and did an outstanding job coordinating with everyone involved. I would absolutely recommend Sandy to my friends!

ZillowVERIFIED We were introduced to Sandy through Navy Federal's RealityPlus program. She was actually the second realtor we used in our home search, and she far exceeds her competition. She was always available when we wanted to see a new house that came on the market, and was extremely patient in this difficult San Diego Market. She is also very knowledgable about the different neighborhoods in the area. It doesn't hurt that she is personable and really easy to be around. She is a good person, and if you have the opportunity to work with her you should take it.

ZillowVERIFIED Phenominal Real Estate Agent. Surpassed my expectations when it comes to selling my house. She did an excellent job and answered all my questions. She sold my house without seeing me personally and still have that feeling "peace of mind" after closing everything. I would recommend Sandy to any of my family in a heart beat as a RE agent in San Diego.

ZillowVERIFIED Finding a great real estate agent is like finding the holy grail, and Sandy is the holy grail. She is the most genuine, caring, and knowledable agent you will find. She recently helped me purchase my first home and made the process feel easy. She knows her stuff, and really goes to the mat for you. When I first set out to look for an agent, I quickly realized that most agents will ignore anyone who is looking for a modestly priced property, Sandy was different. Even though my buget only allowed for a small condo, she really put in effort to help me. We found the perfect home for me a week after we started looking, and closed escrow 3 weeks after my offer was accepted :) Needless to say, I am extremley happy with her and would refer her to anyone who is looking for an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Sandy was referred through the USAA Movers Advantage Program to sell our home since we were interested in upgrading to a bigger place in October 2014. She was very responsive and showed us some homes that met our criteria. A couple of weeks later, we had some personal life stuff that got in the way and we had to cancel our plans to sell our home and buy a new one. Fast forward to March 2015, I got news that I was transferring out of state to Texas on short notice. We reached back out to Sandy because of the good experience we had the first time with her and wow did she exceed our expectations. She handled everything for us while we were already moved long distance and was confident our place would sell quickly, and just over a month later it did! But that wasn't the reason why we really feel Sandy went above and beyond. When we left we had a painter redo our home, well needless to say he did a poor job. I reached out to the painter and demanded he go back and fix the problems, but since I was not there to inspect the work Sandy went out of her way to let him in and then go back and check on him. A couple of weeks later I asked Sandy if she could check if we had any pending mail left for us and she did it without any hesitation and mailed it to us. These types of things made her stand out from good to great! Thanks Sandy for all the hard work and helping us sell our home quickly!

ZillowVERIFIED I am very grateful to have had Sandy Osuna help me buy my first starter home- quite frankly, she is a godsend. The process of buying a home seemed so incredibly daunting and nerve-wracking, especially to someone who hasn't experienced this before, but she made it much easier. To put it plainly, Sandy is a consummate professional through and through. She never, ever failed to promptly answer whatever question I had her for (no matter how complicated or seemingly stupid my question). If I ever had so much of an issue with anything, she would be sure to clarify or rectify the situation. This is just a testament to her knowledge, professionalism, guidance, and patience. Sandy always worked very diligently, was always punctual, and followed through with her word; I truly appreciate everything that she did to help me buy my first home, and I would undoubtedly work with her again. I definitely recommend Sandy Osuna to be your realtor- she is just awesome! Thanks for everything Sandy!!

ZillowVERIFIED My daughter found Sandy on Zillow, I have to admit that I was kind of skeptical about using Zillow to find an agent but it turned out to be the best decision ever. Sandy was very professional and caring thoughout the process. We had been looking for a condo in the San Diego area as my daughter is attending SDSU. We felt disappointment after disappointment as inventory was very low and demands were very high, we were constently being out bid, but she never gave up on us. Sandy was very helpful during the whole process always explaining step by step, never made a single false promise, she was very open and honest with us. I really recommend Sandy as your agent of choice :)

ZillowVERIFIED From the first time I met Sandy Osuna she showed such poise and competence in her ability to find me and my family a home. I have had my fair share of realtor through the years from being in the military and moving around every few years, but what Sandy Osuna brought to it was a sense of understanding. She understood that I was looking to find a place to where I could settle down and raise a family. She was extremely patient with what we wanted out of our home and found our dream house. To Sandy Osuna it wasn't just about the sell but about the joy that she got from helping us on our new journey in our new house, or at least that is what I felt from her. So to anyone who may be looking or thinking to about talking to someone I highly recommend Sandy Osuna for you.
