ZillowVERIFIEDSandy was honest, thoughtful, and knowledgable about each step of the home buying process. She was good at listening to exactly what we wanted, was patient and not pushy, and truly helped us find the home that was just right for our family. Sandy went above and beyond as she knew we were moving to town and knew no one! She helped me find a nice church, daycare for my children, and offered great advice! I highly recommend her!!

ZillowVERIFIEDSandy helped us with two real estate transactions. First to buy our home in Kalispell, Montana and then to sell it for us when we relocated back to Florida. She was very patient in our search and was able to show us numerous properties. She provided us with many options via the website and was able to quickly arrange showings when we asked. We enjoyed our home for over 4 years and were happy with the increase in value when we recently sold. Sandy listed the house for us and managed to get a full price contract. We appreciate Sandy as our Realtor and friend.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe recently purchased a property in Montana, while living in Kansas. We were hesitant as we hadnt seen it before buying it. We quickly discovered that Sandy was honest, responsive to all of our questions and knew the area very well. She always followed through and treated us with respect. Our sale went through without a hitch and we have Sandy to thank for that. If you want to work with someone who knows the business and is above reproach, Sandy is the person to call!
ZillowVERIFIEDSandy stays aware of all properties for sale. Sandy is 100% knowledgeable on all aspects of writing and accepting offers to protect her clients. She contacted us immediately when a foreclosure came on the market. She said we had to move fast and wrote the offer with me on the phone. She had numerous suggestions to put in the contract giving us time to evaluate the property and back out if something was wrong. She knew in this situation to offer a token more than asking. We followed her advice to a T. The 2nd lower offer came 30 minutes later, 3rd in two hours. Ours was accepted. We now have the most amazing cabin property ever thanks to Sandy's expertise.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a limited amount of time to find what we were looking for but when I called Sandy from the Zillow ad she was more than happy to meet us on Father's Day. Ultimately we found the perfect place and Sandy helped us make a great deal on it.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe were first time homeowners. Sandy did an exceptionable job finding us exactly what we wanted. With her help, we found the home we loved, and had it built. She was incredible through the entire process. She was very quick to reply to any questions or changes we needed.
ZillowVERIFIEDSandy is extremely knowledgeable in all things real estate and it shows! She helped me sell a house (listed and sold in 1 day!) and buy my new house which went flawlessly. Thank you for being awesome Sandy!
