ZillowVERIFIED A friend of mine, who knows Sandy personally, suggested I contact Sandy for my up-coming home purchase, which I did. On ApriI 6th I went to Sandy's new beautiful new office on Gulf Blvd, in North Reddington Beach, FL and met with my Buyer Specialist, Mike Hall, as Sandy was out of town at the time. I gave Mike the parameters of what I was looking for and we immediately went out to ride through the area of interest. After my education of the different local towns, we decided to meet the following day to continue the search. On Friday, April 7th, we looked at what turned out to be the "Dream House." I immediately made an offer on the house and long story short, I closed on the house 3 weeks later, on Friday, April 28th! I asked Mike what made him different than any other realtor and he said, "when I say I will call you back, I will, no matter what time, day or night. Mike helped me to understand the steps that needed to happen in order for me to close on the property, which I did on April 28th. We had been casually looking online and going to open houses to look at homes. We were looking in a specific area of Seminole and had pretty firm ideas of what we wanted and needed in a house, if we were to move. We met Danielle Lower at an open house that she was showing. We ultimately decided that wasn't the house for us, but I think what we found that day was even better - we found the realtor for us. A few months later when we needed a realtor to see another house we immediately thought of Danielle.
