We decided to move into our own home after renting, and Gary did a great job for us pointing out things we may have missed and guiding us to the home we've been looking for. Even though he dresses fancy, he isn't afraid to get into dark, dirty places they won't show you in the internet listing.

We worked with Gary on Sandy Erickson's team. Gary is so knowledge on home buying and unique home needs. We originally toured in the Sherburne County area and I was impressed with how much Gary knew about the area as the team is based more in the metro - then we ended up purchasing even further north in Princeton and Gary still did a phenomenal job checking on ensuring everything was compliant, the home was priced right, and even helped us negotiate to something that was more comfortable. We have worked with other realtors before as this wasn't our first home, yet learned so much from Gary! I would definitely work with Sany Erickson's team in the future if needed. I just wish we had connected sooner because our previous home purchase and then sale would have gone much smoother with the Sandy Erickson team!

We worked with Sandy and her team in the past with selling our home and purchasing a townhome from a builder. Everything about the process was seamless and unstressful. Now we just had Sandy help us with the sale of my parents' house. They were original owners and had been in their house for 42 years and it was time to move to a senior condo. Getting the house ready to sell was a HUGE undertaking! But Sandy had all the connections to various resources to get the job done, and quickly.
