Sandy and her team were incredible throughout the entire process; from getting my home ready to list, to the actual listing, all the way until the day we closed. We worked with Gary on Sandy Erickson's team. Gary is so knowledge on home buying and unique home needs. We originally toured in the Sherburne County area and I was impressed with how much Gary knew about the area as the team is based more in the metro - then we ended up purchasing even further north in Princeton and Gary still did a phenomenal job checking on ensuring everything was compliant, the home was priced right, and even helped us negotiate to something that was more comfortable. We have worked with other realtors before as this wasn't our first home, yet learned so much from Gary! I would definitely work with Sany Erickson's team in the future if needed. I just wish we had connected sooner because our previous home purchase and then sale would have gone much smoother with the Sandy Erickson team!
