I highly recommend Sandy Erickson and her realty team. Id never sold a house before, but she made it understandable and I think mitigated a lot of the stress I otherwise would have felt. Her approach is very personable and her communication was great. Her recommendations for the help to make the house shine were great and did a great job. Sandy was reserved in her estimations of the house's value, not wanting to give us false hopes, but following her recommendations as closely as we could and with her teams marketing, the house had many viewers and sold in two days with multiple offers.
